If it doesn't sync. You download https://github.com/redecoinproject/redecoin/releases/download/v1.0.0.0/redecoin-1.0.0.windows-node.zip wallet, there is a redecoin.conf file in it. You put this file in the C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\redecoin directory. Then restart the wallet again.
