Is it possible to take short-term loans for real Ukrainians somewhere

Hello, I will write briefly. I am from Ukraine, our city is still being massively bombed. I, and many of my comrades have already lost their apartments and houses, they are completely destroyed, but I will remain strong. We managed to leave for western Ukraine, we help each other, we regularly transfer the available funds to our Army and hope that this will end soon. but we ourselves are in a very difficult situation.

I know that during the war, the number of dishonest people from all over the world became more active, and they are trying to cash in on our grief, swindling money from those who are trying to help.

But it is not always possible to pay for an apartment on time, now there are a huge number of people who are looking for housing. Apartment rental ads are closed in 30 seconds due to the flow of people

Although I'm not an active user, it's not hard to find information about me (in google by nickname that confirmed i am from Kharkiv, or by National Register of Ukrainians). I can confirm absolutely every word.

Returning to the main question, is it sometimes possible to take short-term loans online to survive here, or is the level of risk of "non-payment" too high, and this is impossible? thanks a lot.

Chances are slim to get loan online because its hard to identify if their story is true unless if the borrower will send his personal details to the lender upon negotiation and also if you have something valid collateral that can be presented to the lender to make sure that you pay him what you owe to him.

There are so many scammers using the unfortunate incident on ukraine so I think its hard to anyone to get loan  anywhere online without giving any collateral.

As a newbie, the only way to get a loan here is to put up some good collateral. Check the Lending section for offers.

Every crypto lending service requires you to provide a collateral in order to get a loan. If you have it then everything for you should work as usual. However, without collateral it would be easier for you just to get a donation rather a non-collateral loan since there is a chance of you being killed.

It's really much easier for me to get donations, having all the necessary information and even confirmation of a destroyed home. Friends spent cryptocurrency through exchange sites and the money came to us on the card within an hour.

The main rule in most online platforms of lending, they're going to require you a collateral. Not having a collateral to take a loan, you shouldn't expect that there's such that's going to lend you money. Does the government of Ukraine don't have that program while you are dealing with the war that borrows you certain amount of money for your apartments? I know that the situation is hard there but it's the usual rule in lending unless the lender knows you personally and trust you.

As much as I sympathize with your situation, unfortunately your personal information and your IDs do not matter much to lenders. As you have been told before, collateral is the only thing that counts.

Don't try or ask for donations here since this could be interpreted as begging, which is prohibited in this forum. There are legitimate non-profit organizations and charity projects that deal with such things, so maybe it's better to turn to them for help.

And not to make out some direct judgement on which there are pretenders out of this forum which do make use of the current situation for their benefit or scamming intent on which they are just

pretending to be Ukranian and tending to make out some loans but just like as you said that lenders wouldnt really be touched up that much with the story and make out some considerations.
This is business and not charity of course which they would really be asking typically with those collateral anytime you do tend to get some loan and if you cant present or offer something
then dont expect that you'll get one.

@OP, why not register yourself to your government's housing program? because the truth here is that people won't just let you loan a money without collateral and as you said short-term loan, which one can easily get away. they don't have any reference whatsoever.
better find one in your local community, because there will always be something for you. but here, people are fed up with so many sad stories that are not true, am not saying your story is not true. but if you do need real help, better look from your immediate community first.

But as other said your personal details will not really matter because its still hard for the lender to trust and get what he lend to you that's why for sure you cannot get a loan on random person if you don't possess a valid collateral which can help the lender to retrieve back his money if certain bad things happen to you.

The only solution you have is to go your government and seek for humanitarian aid and also there are several institutions are donating in the aide of Ukraine so maybe you can get a help from those legal institutions.

There are many platforms Ukrainian people can try to get loans in the short or long term, regarding cryptocurrencies as far as I know anyone should give valid collateral to receive a loan and many people do not trust anyone to give them loans without valid collateral. Regarding fiat currencies, I don't have much information but maybe you can try the banks, However, in all cases, I mentioned you will need to pay some interest plus the repay, but in the case of Ukrainian people many they should give them offer with no interest because of their situation.

Feeling sorry for you for the unexpected situation. You know my answer would be quite painful for you, but nothing to say otherwise. Straight forward, you won't get a loan without collateral from the online platform. This means you can take the loan by providing other assets. And of course its cryptocurrency. So if you have assets for collateral then I don't think you need a loan, you can exchange it for Liquidity. So sadly you won't find it online, it's because of a lot of dishonest people around us and cheating innocent people. Don't want to make you hopeless, but that's true. Hope the situation will be found soon.

If you're trying to get a loan without having a collateral here your odds aren't good.

What i can suggest instead is to try and look for charities running inside Ukraine there currently many donation campaigns running aimed at helping Ukrainians so maybe try approaching a charity near you.

Without giving any collateral, your chances to take a loan are slim to none even you can prove all what you have already explained in Op.
However, i remember that there are few donation campaigns who have been lunched during the pandemic lock-up. I don't know if some of them are still active (have fund reserve to donate). Check for them in the "Services" section, provide proofs about your financial situation, and if there is a possibility i am sure people here will not hesitate to help you ; see with Royse777, i remember he moderated one of those campaigns with the help of other veteran trusted users.

He wont really be having no choice but to stick with those because he wont definitely able to find one on this forum or even online.As long you wont able to present some valid collateral
then there's no chance that you would really get one.Yes, its sad but this is the primary required thing before you could borrow up online but if you dont have then no loans for you.
Its sad for the said situation but there's nothing we can do about it even this one tends to be true.
