Have you tried to disable all your extensions (if you have any) and see if that works?

Alternatively, you should be able to access your funds by:

1. Trying to use the mobile app instead of the website.
2. Recovering the wallet in Electrum using your seed

The best thing you can do is OmegaStarScream suggestion.

Download Electrum from Electrum.org
create a new wallet, import using your seed (BIP39).

You will be able to see your funds there.

You can use this guide if you have any doubt:
https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed/
Quote

...

If your seed words are from a bip39 wallet (i.e. not Electrum) you will be shown this window below. Choose the legacy p2pkh option if the addresses in the originating wallet begin with ‘1’, p2sh-segwit if they begin with ‘3’ and native segwit if they begin with ‘bc1’:

Using Electrum will not be a failed attempt and it is a recommended wallet to use, but only support bitcoin. You can download it from https://electrum.org and verify its signature

Open the Electrum wallet you just downloaded -> name your wallet if you wish -> click on next -> standard wallet -> next -> I already have a seed -> Enter your seed phrase -> click on option -> check BIP39 -> OK and click on Next.

The addresses of blockchain.com which was blockchain.info before should start from bc1 which is native segwit (p2wpkh) if you have an updated wallet,  but legacy for addresses that start from 1. Click next, use a password and click on next. You will be able to access your coins and the balance will be displayed correctly.

Edit:
bitmover just posted about this, you can follow what he posted, but blockchain.com wallet addresses now are native segwit (p2wpkh).

For legacy addresses, bitcoin addresses that start from 1, it is legacy (p2wpkh)
For native segwit, bitcoin addresses that strat from bc1, it is native segwit (p2wpkh)

Blockchain.com have changed to using native segwit.

Aside from the Electrum suggestion, if you're determined to figure out why it won't work on the browser, the only other things I see that would prevent the website working properly after disabling addons, would be the settings inside the browser itself.

For example, enabling "enhanced tracking protection", and setting it to strict can break certain websites. As well, if you are refusing cookies in the first place, that can prevent certain websites from working. I expect it might be something to do with the enhanced tracking protection though. Either by whitelisting that domain in the custom options or switching to standard protection might help.

ive tried to disable all addons and also tried mobile app, also don't loading(((

ive tried another browser( what can i do more where is tech support adress?

That doesn't really explain why the mobile app isn't working for you, though. What error is the mobile app spitting out?

Also, the browsers you checked on, did you customise any of the settings or were they default settings?

Short answer:

Since you just cleared your cookies and cache, your blockchain.info login token was also deleted so the wallet thinks you are not logged in. In this case, simply log out from the wallet and log in again properly.

Long answer:

This might sound a bit technical for you to do but you can try inspecting the network requests being sent by Blockchain.info javascript to their code.

Open Inspect Element by clicking on the entry in the browser's hamburger menu, or press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + I, then go to the Network Requests tab, and filter the entries to show only "XHR" - this only shows the requests the code makes to other servers and filters out all the downloaded files, and refresh the page (this is important).

Now the browser will start logging the requests, and you can check the status code next to each request to tell whether the request succeeded or not.

200-399 codes are successful (for the purposes of this post). 404 and anything starting with a five hundred indicates a server error and means you're not doing anything wrong - in this case just use Electrum - and 400-499 (except for 404) are permissions related errors, request speed limits breached, that kind of stuff which indicate  Blockchain.info is blocking you from your wallet (in this case file a support ticket about that and use to Electrum).

In particular, 402 and 403 mean that you're not logged into the wallet and/or your blockchain.info cookies are gone.

I don't think it's an issue with browser settings. OP only started experiencing problems 3 days ago after he deleted his cache and cookies. I assume everything worked fine before that. Unless OP isn't telling us that he also made changes to his Firefox settings, everything should remain as it was in the past. Even if there are new Firefox updates (and there was one to version 98.0.1 a few days ago), his local settings shouldn't have been affected.

There is also the issue with the mobile app not working either.
If NotATether is correct, a simple re-login should solve it.

@NotATether
If his Firefox is synchronized across all the devices he uses, would a deletion of the cache and cookies on his PC cause the same thing to happen on his mobile as well? How else do you explain that both suddenly stop working? A technical issue with blockchain.com? It's not like they haven't had plenty of those.

This is not the first time I see a user complaining about such problem with blockchain.com and, afaik, there is nothing you can do to solve it since the problem is on their end (servers or wallets issues, although they claim all their systems are operational).
Usually, the problem will be solved by itself. You just need to wait few hours/days. You can contact their support and submit a ticket via this page https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new but you will be just wasting your time.

My advice is to stop using web wallets such as blockchain.com and move your coins to a more secure wallet (i.e Electrum)

May sound like a stupid solution, but.

Based on the way you write, I have a feeling you are Russian.  From what I have seen, they typically write the sad faces that way.  Is there a chance Blockchain has banned you, your IP or all Russian IP's from accessing Blockchain Wallet or its features?  Maybe a Russian member here could chime in to confirm or deny my thoughts?  It would then also make sense why the mobile app is not working either for you.

My proposed suggestion is, if you are from Russia then try logging in with a VPN using a non Russian IP.  See if that one works.

I would advice to send a ticket to blockchain explaining your problem here: https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

BE CAREFUL ON THE ANSWER THEY GIVE. According to this older post, someone may try to scam you: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5210637.msg54731893#msg54731893

opcana later posted that he tried blockchain.com app and also another broswer and yet not working. He is not the only one with this problem in the past, some will contact blockchain.com customer care and it could be resolved, but there is nothing bad for him to just import the seed phrase on Electrum and follow the correct derivation path to easily recover his coins. I think this is beyond clearing browser cookies and caches.

There is absolutely no reason to use an unreliable service with a long history of different issues like blockchain.com in the first place. The best thing for him is to abandon it and move to a better client, like you suggested. He has his seed and he is still in control of his coins. Just make a forum search for blockchain.info/blockchain.com problem and you will find dozens of different issues that members have had throughout the years.

There are quite a lot of complaints about wallets at Blockchain.com.
This is an extremely disgusting service, which, being itself registered in the Cayman Islands, nevertheless requires absolutely brutal and vile KYC from clients.  For this reason, even if the user has a seed phrase, he has lost access to the email to which this wallet receives a notification and without confirmation from the letter it is impossible to log into your wallet.
In this case, if you want to remain anonymous, this means that you will not get access to the wallet.  This algorithm of operation of this wallet has probably already left tens of thousands of early users of this wallet without bitcoins.  In a certain sense, such freezing of these people’s accounts can be considered theft of their money.
However, Blockchain.com still exists and has not yet gone bankrupt.
Although it would be logical for a massive outflow of users from such an unreliable service.
I wonder when they will completely disappear from the world of cryptocurrencies?

When something becomes a habit, it's difficult for some to change or abandon it. Blockchain.info/com has many users because they have good marketing, and that's what draws people in. Unless their experience is negative, many people won't go around looking for a better service. They stick to what they know and have learnt to use. Blockchain's service will surely be around for as long as they can profit from running it.

Unless their experience is negative, many people won't go around looking for a better service. They stick to what they know and have learnt to use. Blockchain's service will surely be around for as long as they can profit from running it.
My experience in trying to restore access to the old legacy P2PKH account, once opened in this damned blockchain.info, clearly shows that this company completely ignores the anonymity of crypto-payments and crypto-currency owners, that is, the properties of cryptocurrency as an anonymous and ultra-reliable financial instrument.
In the jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands, I believe it is not at all necessary to carry out such volumes of checks as part of the KYC procedure, as was invented by the damn Blockchain.com protocol.
As I believe, they are not obliged to fully comply with the requirements including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), as enacted by the European Commission.
And they could well change their protocols.

I understand that they have many users who provided them with photographs of themselves humiliatingly holding some handwritten inscriptions on a piece of paper.   Grin
All this is nonsense and a blatant deception of people.
And I really really hope that the clientele of this wallet will gradually decrease and it will finally go completely bankrupt.  This will be a great joy for all cryptocurrency-owning people, and those who hate blockchain.info/com.
