Marking a transaction

Hello, everybody. This is my first post to the forum. I have read a bit about cryptocurrencies but I am still rather newbie to the field. I would like to ask: Can I somehow "mark" a transaction? I will give an example to make my question clear. For example: Name me Bob. I want to give 1 BTC to Alice, for her to buy a new motherboard and processor. So I send 1 BTC to her wallet. Can i somehow give a "title" to this transaction, for example "Money to buy a computer"? Just like the title of an e-mail for example.

Many wallet will support creating a label for an address within your own wallet as a reminder to yourself.

There is currently no supported way to send the label through the bitcoin protocol to Alice though.

What Alice should do is create a new address specifically for this transaction.  She can label the address in her own wallet as "Payment from Bob for computer".  Then when you send bitcoins to that address, she will know that she has received the payment for the computer that she is selling to you.

Just some additional info, if you are using blockchain.info wallet, you can add a note to your transaction.

The note is NOT in the block, so people using other wallets like bitcoin-qt, electrum, multibit, etc will NOT see the note in their wallet, but they can go to blockchain.info to see it.

That actually sounds completely consistent. If you get denied after the first step, contact support, because it means there's an issue verifying your basic info. We actually may not be able to verify you, but support may accept auxiliary information depending on various factors

What do you mean exactly? I don't really understand what you want to say here...

This means there is not enough public information to verify your identity, and you have to wait for support to respond. Our queue is large due to a high volume of contact from Instant buys. Please be patient.
