Hello Guys,
I wanted to start this thread to gauge the interest in real estate investments. I work as a real estate agent in the Washington DC market. There's plenty of reasons to diversify into multi family rent prices are continuing to increase in the Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Southern Maryland areas. It's stable rarely do you see a 10% drop in prices in this market. There's more intuitional buyers either renovating or developing older shopping malls into apartment buildings. The point of this thread is we are looking for interested local or foreign investors who are looking for real estate properties in this market. We can find sellers of properties interested in selling for crypto. I think in the near future we see crypto being used as a normal down payment size 3.5%, 10%, 20%.
