I have faced such a problem that HitBTC support does not accept my documents. They say they have been altered, although the documents are original. Constantly reply in the letter in one text and do not facilitate assistance. I want everyone to know what SCAM HitBTC!
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

There are many users who experienced the same issue from HitBTC even they are verified and submitted the required documents.
After that, they block users and froze the account without giving back the funds out of their exchange.

Look at these other threads below.
- hitbtc scam 2.6btc! ALERT!!!
- [SCAM] HitBTC - 3300$
- HitBTC scam!

And many threads with the same issue as yours.

And it is listed on List of Scam Exchange thread was created by JollyGood.

Yup they are sort of hiding behind the KYC thing to scam different people as witnessed by various complaints around.  One most common thing is that when tit comes to verification, they will frustrate you until you give up on withdrawing the funds. Avoid using them completely.

<snip>
Bro, I and many others agree with you about HitBTC being a scam exchange, but you don't have to necrobump multiple threads dealing with that issue.  There are already more than a few active right now, a couple of which I've posted in due to getting a dose of their dishonesty recently.

Our team is always ready to help
My ass you are.

I have the same problem with HitBTC. They are scammers. Never send your coins to them.
They just block your account. They just block your account and don't let KYC pass, supposedly the photos have been changed.
Support send always the same messages. I don't even think there is a person there.
