There is a bit of a mistake when you say "a few years ago about Shiba Inu" because Shiba Inu is not even two years old in the crypto space so it would be very wrong to say about Shiba in the past few years except for just over a year because it was exactly 1 August 2020 Shiba Inu releases into the crypto space.

I think it's not the shib but it was dogecoin. If not because of doge, there will be no shib and tons of shitcoin/memecoin that we see on the market right now. Also if there is no Elon Musk, the hype for memeshitcoin won't get stronger.

Even if there's no memeshitcoin, people are still going to do their own research because not all cryptos are built to last for a long time but some only performs good because they are still new and they are still being advertised heavily. I think if from the price drop, it's only natural that all altcoins are currently in a difficult time. Many altcoins whose prices have dropped very drastically.  So I don't agree if this becomes the basis. If you look at the number of holders there is indeed a decrease but Shiba holders are currently still above 1,100k.

It all started when in 2021 Elon Musk decided to promote Dogecoin through Twitter, and surprisingly managed to make Dogecoin rise to
a price of $0.7. This turned out to have an impact on Shiba Inu which became popular and attracted many investors. Maybe many investors
thought that the Shiba Inu would follow in the footsteps of Dogecoin, it is true that the price of the Shiba Inu also suddenly pumped.
Especially after Shiba Inu is listed on Coinbase which is the largest crypto exchange in America, Shiba Inu is increasingly attracting the attention of
many investors.

Shiba, floki, even doge all are things that people make money from by creating in, not investing into it. Babydoge. This is a very wise opinion, because after all, meme coin has not yet been recommended as a very attractive investment, even though we know that Shiba Inu has a strong enough base behind it, to continue to support it at all times so that prices can be controlled. but that will not guarantee continued intervention and is highly doubtful. indeed, if there are other options, at least they choose not for coins like shiba inu.

but indeed the choice will always be a problem for everyone and will be different. but so far, the siba inu has not and still has to improve to make sure that it is appropriate to be an attractive investment in the future.

It's true, as you said even though the price has dropped, it doesn't mean the token is dead.
And I see that those who hold the token are still 1 million 170 thousand but their transactions are quite a lot too because in 7 days they can reach more than $100k.
Even though their current situation is still bearish, they have good news because shiba inu has now been accepted by Merchants thanks to a new partnership and the new partnership also adds great utility to popularize memecoins so that more people will use these memecoins.

You know a lot of people fail to realize in the DeFi/Crypto space that these tokens don't generally pay for advertisement especially something like this SHIB wouldn't probably ever do. There is no marketing team, there is none of the usual stuff you'd have for a company to run. If you like a project you should advertise it. Shib has no future and will down further.

I don't know the full mechanics of shib tokenomics but most projects use user transactions for burning tokens. For example, creating a land sale and burning a percentage of tokens used to buy the land. Don't sell the token most people say its a shitcoin but you'll thank yourself at the next bull run for holding

trend of meme coins generally fading, same with shib, i think in the future most of the traders out there that holding shib will eventually get tired because there's no real benefit of holding shib if the trend of meme coin is also subsiding.

For those small returns, I'd rather trade more solid projects than memecoins.  But if you want to make life changing money from nothing, you better look for those coins that are under 50 million USD in market cap.  And with RYOSHI's VISION coming from the same group that gave us SHIB, it's really possible that it goes over a billion or more in market cap.

Remember, at the end of the day, it's all about social consensus no matter how good a project is.  If the market decides that a memecoin goes from a million market cap to 1 billion then so be it.

so far shiba inu is just following the market movement just like other alts did, I think it isn't really a gem but at least it's better than most of the alts out there since the recovery is quite steady for shib.

Yes, just on listing into top tier exchange doesn't mean it'll skyrocket. Luna is an example, same time we need to think on what reason Luna failed. Due to its improper planning it failed. With Shiba things are taking place in the opposite way. Out of hype it grew high and further the growth isn't left down. Different strategies were used to keep up the growth and the team is running on executing the plans on time.
