And you have been. You know you have been. It may not bother you so much because of how much u made in the run up, but since the ATH, you are not so much up 400%, as down 40%.

If I recall good, tomorrow is exactly the year since I bought my first coin ever (not completely sure but it's surely max week more).
I made 250 BTC on McxFees alone since ATH, I barely had 100 BTC at ATH.
And yeah, I don't trade any TA fancy stuff, I barely trade btc vs usd at all unless it's too obvious it's going down for some news or some obvious lack of buying momentum. I'm shit at trading btc vs usd and don't want to be little fish in big pool.
And yeah, I had bit luck in my trading, was on right time at right places but I did some obvious things you wouldn't have balls to do and I got awarded for that heavily. That makes me being able to risk again. And you can bet I will.
