Dyor but you could use something like https://compound.finance after converting the btc to wrapped btc and then using it as collateral (at 60-80% - I'd keep a good margin on there if you can).

Transaction fees for the whole thing are around $200 too so you might want to consider if it's worth it.

ok, thank you, do you know is there any mortar and brick financial facility in New York that handles BTC-backed loans, I prefer an established company because I've googled a few mall companies using outsourced reception service to answer ...

Have you considered visiting the lending section of the forum? There you can find loan offers from members of the forum.
Your best option if you choose to consider forum laons would be a collateralized one as your account is fairly newbie, despite the fact that it's old. Finding a laon offer which accepts BTC as a collateral might be difficult, but it's worth the shot.

This is a privacy centered forum so you can't determine who is a "big shot". But there are members who have been handing out loans for a long time on the forum, one of them is DarkStar, who doubles as the campaign manager of Chipmixer; which is the highest paying campaign on the forum.
Here's a link to their loan thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3243635.msg33783049#msg33783049

Finding a laon offer which accepts BTC as a collateral might be difficult, but it's worth the shot.
It's possible if both lender and borrower agree on topping up if the btc value goes down against USD.

For example if the OP could offer something like 1 BTC for a $35k loan (1BTC = $42,370 right now) and if price drops under $37k then within x hours he will top up $5k to $7k worth of BTC then the lender will feel comfortable to lend him. If he do not top up then lender can just cash out without losing USD value.

There are many of them there that you can find. As long as you have a collateral and you agree with the terms of the lender there, you'll be granted.

Go there and check those lenders and read first the terms on their first page so that you'll figure it out if you can borrow on them or not.

Don't you have a students loan to pay for your tuition?
Obviously, he wouldn't be looking for a service that offers a bitcoin-backed loan in this forum if he had the option of student loans, would he?

One thing OP should have in mind is the time frame for loan repayment, Most lenders I have seen are looking at short time frames for repayment.
So here are a few questions OP, if you don't mind answering them
1. Approximately how much are you looking to borrow?
2. After how long do you think you will be able to repay it? This is very important since you are going to use your Bitcoin as collateral.

I know the CEXio platform, maybe is an option just like you are looking for. so far it has been a fairly reliable platform. As far as I have seen, the interest rate is acceptable.
KYC is mandatory on them, so if you don't want to do it, then it's not for you.
