If I'm reading this correct in your screenshot they said that they will double-check for you and update you. As I mentioned give us 24h this is a very unique circumstance because this team was forced to change their name due to sanctions. If our odds provider does not change the settlement we will do it ourselves, your money is safe.

Nobody is saying you are wrong, I am on your side actually. I am just saying there was no need to open up multiple scam threads before this case is resolved. In fact I'm confident the team will fix this settlement for all individuals who placed a bet because it's the right thing to do.

The reason why it automatically could not be settled is because the team changed it's name as we discussed.

Hate to say this but once any of the support already said to wait for a certain period of time, maybe at least have a little patience and wait jumping onto conclusions and making an accusation. I know it is your freedom to do so, but spamming posts on your own thread than just updating the main post is just pure unnecessary. A good practice to accuse some platforms is to prove with evidences (which you clearly done well) AND wait until such problem is resolved. I've seen you had the same issues with bets on other platforms -- which must be a common problem that occurs amongst all betting platforms, hence opening a thread of accusation is a little defamatory. These are just my take to this kind of spammed accusation. Hope all your tickets would be resolved.

I have withdrawn my remaining balance, just in case. I don't want them to find another clause(aka excuse) in their policy and confiscate my oiginal deposit as well. Don't trust them now.

I think the problem was with the betslip language used by Stake or their odds providers ??

If the wording had said "voided" instead of "adjusted" it would have been easier to explain that due to name change the bet had to be cancelled.

Opening a scam accusation without bothering to wait for support to respond is messed up.  When players abuse the process like this it makes other legitimate scam accusations less likely to be taken seriously.  

If they're blowing you off or giving you the run around, fine.  The way you handled it was ridiculous.

There could never be a justifiable reason to take winnings from a player on a totally legit bet. This isn't how gambling works.

Surely, if Stake.com is hiding behind their clauses, nothing can be done from a legal standpoint, but to me it seems morally reprehensible.

If the bets are voided, those who lost the bet are not going to protest, of course, it benefits them, but it is normal for the winner to be pissed off.

I think that in this case they should have assumed the mistake and pay edgycorner what is his, which in the total budget of Stake.com should be nothing.

I may be wrong & this is just my personal opinion, so no live bullets please.

I don't quite understand this. If you get 1 to 1 it's the same as if they cancel your bet. He should have been given 1.2 of his bet, but whether they cancel it or give him 1 to 1 is the same thing. At least mathematically.

I don't know how he's going to be any less pissed off because they use one word or another.

Clearly Stunna gets the problem, but for some reason it's not getting reflected. I hope it's just an issue of miscommunication, as Stunna states.
