We are happy to announce that the
CriptoDebit Cards works on the Curve App

(Please note, this is not a partnership. Curve accepts all Mastercard Debit cards)

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Update:
We see that a lot of users fund their accounts with high amounts and let it sit there idle.

A new policy update: After 6 months of no card purchase, we will take a monthly maintenance fee of 1% of the balance.

Regarding company details, we keep that private related to OPSEC.
Great! I value privacy, especially when it comes to crypto. But if you say Debit cards are issued by Cripto Debit's bank partners, I find it hard to believe banks do business with anonymous entities. And if you're not completely anonymous: why hide yourself from potential customers?

If there are admin that want to try our cards please send us an email.
I think it's very unlikely Bitcointalk Admin is going to test your card. Some users may want to do it. I'd offer to test it by myself, but I have no use for a creditcard.

We see that a lot of users fund their accounts with high amounts and let it sit there idle.

A new policy update: After 6 months of no card purchase, we will take a monthly maintenance fee of 1% of the balance.
Your website is less than a month old. Why rush users to spend funds?

I see potential, but I also see several red flags.

That not hiding, we just don't disclose our personal information.

We don't rush our users it says "after 6 months" so after 6 months of not buying a card there is an interest/maintenance fee.

Thank you, but I must say there are no red flags. We have this announcement up for over 2 weeks now, there is not 1 complaint about our service. We are proud of it.

Potato potahto. Thing is, when you claim certain things like being Mastercard partner that is licensed to issue debit cards, people will ask for more company info.

Thank you, but I must say there are no red flags.
Talking about red flags, how come is your Twitter account from 2011 when you just started the service few weeks ago? I know that you can change the name of the account (and that's what you probably did) but how come not just creating a clear account for your business? I saw before dodgy businesses using older Twitter accounts to appear more legit so that's why am curious about it. Maybe its nitpicking, but that's how I see old Twitter accounts being used for the fresh business.

If you want to get some traction here, (so far not a single comment from forum users about using your card) you should consider giving certain amount of cards for free so users (preferably those with some reputation here) can test it and give their honest opinion. Iirc, what you offered to one of the users wasn't the free card, but moneyback guarantee or something along those lines.

Beware, OP may conclude (again?) that all the noise you've made (in the other, messier topic) was because you'd want a bribe/free  Grin
And by extrapolation he may conclude that we all wanted a bribe and that the criticism (constructive or not) and drama was because of this.

And at least my posts were driven by an attempt to help the business - if it's legit - and the possible customers too. And for an overall best short description, LoyceV has nailed it:

I see potential, but I also see several red flags.

My advise to OP was to hire, at least for short term, somebody good at PR (and to be clear: no, I don't want that job).
The PR people would know how to handle this; maybe they would have given out a few free cards, maybe they would have started other types of campaigns, I don't know.

On the other hand, slow and steady start (if what OP tells is real) is also an option and, sooner or later, bitcointalk users will also get to give feedback.

And one thing I'm curious about, maybe OP (CriptoDebit.com) can help, if it's not so big secret: in what country is the card issuer registered? Or, if that's such a big a secret, can you tell whether it Russia/China or not?

Indeed, your feedback and that of LoyceV are thing we can work with and help!

My advise to OP was to hire, at least for short term, somebody good at PR (and to be clear: no, I don't want that job).

We indeed provide card with no fees to trusted members to test out. Hit us up if anyone is interested.
At this time, we do it slow and build up trust within all communities. We also don't want to grow too quickly and loose side of consumer support. But we will definitely run an campaign on for example BitcoinTalk soon.

And one thing I'm curious about, maybe OP (CriptoDebit.com) can help, if it's not so big secret: in what country is the card issuer registered? Or, if that's such a big a secret, can you tell whether it Russia/China or not?

Please, please note we are not Russian or Chinees (We all are Europeans) So to be clear, we operate from the U.A.E, and we are a licensed company in the U.A.E. and Europe. The thing is most people think what we do is on the edge of the law. But not a lot of people do the research in what you actually can do and the law. All big companies started this way look @ wirex, binance they knew the loopholes in the law and used it for years. And to be honest we can guarantee we can offer this service up to 1-2 years, after that we will probably build a bigger crypto platform and start all the compliance bullshit.

For now, we see a daily grow in users and card issued. The first days we actively asked for feedback, but what we can see is that a lot of users love the anonymity and don't share the experience because of it. But i'm sure that eventually users will leave feedback behind.

Sorry to interfere but just to continue on:

to which you replied

See? This kind of information is useful, because else people can imagine basically anything they want. And your strict not disclosure policy encourage that.
This kind of information should, imho, not be buried in a post nobody will read it after a week.
I think that I've said it: we don't want to steal or compete your business, we want customers be on the safe side. So you disclosing the tiny bits that give people peace of mind without affecting your business does help.
Thanks for the info.

We indeed provide card with no fees to trusted members to test out. Hit us up if anyone is interested.

This, again, should not be buried.
If you announce that in a specific thread, let people tell they're interested and you "hand pick" the few accounts that you think they'll do best and provide them the service, it should serve the purpose.
Just look as an example to this topic; the activity is different, the review is different, but you can still get an idea.
Or you can consider at least @Rikafip. I know that he was criticizing you, but at least he seems interested in testing your card.

I know that he was criticizing you, but at least he seems interested in testing your card.
Since I am always interested in convenient ways to spend crypto, I was about to take one for the team and test the card but then I started thinking that even if its working as advertised for what I would use it? Services I pay where I want anonymity (VPN, private trackers, IPTV etc) already offer direct BTC payment so there's no much sense using it for that, while fees (best case scenario 11.5%) are simply too high to make it a primary card for general online payments, even if they are legit. If that was physical card and fees were up to 5%, then I would definitely see some use for it.

I sure hope more similar providers will appear as competition is a good thing for us users.

for what I would use it?

Well, that's one of the reasons I declined OP's offer: the vast majority of things I pay for online I need delivered home or they're bills for things related to my home, meaning they'll know my identity anyway.
And for the rest, fear I won't use the card for enough transactions to offer a really fair feedback in a fair amount of time.

But I'm sure that there are many that purchase a lot of digital goods, and may even get more of them these days, as Easter presents. Those could be suitable for providing a review.

stop our service for Indian residents.
How does that work if you don't require any identification and your site works through Tor?
