What could it be? Mistake? (Deleted/Off-limits/Ignored)

I noticed some oddities in user m2017's profile.

Observe that the merits that were sent to him, as well as the merits he sent, appear in posts that appear to be deleted.
But when viewing these supposedly “deleted” posts, they all display beautifully.
What could it be? Mistake?
Previously, I saw a similar display of deleted posts, has something changed now?

Do you have some boards on ignore list? It seems like so at least to me. That's for sure I think as I can see the posts. What I'm wondering is why would you have "Wallet software" section on your ignore list?

Since, you can't see the post title, or atleast as it says off limits, I can't see any more reason.
