To pump and dump its a criminal also we want full report from BAKKT ice what they do exacly in crypto also we want full report from cmegroup all of them are main suspects of market manipulation.

Also there is few telegram groups who distribute wrong information and giving out wrong trading signals wich dont work.

This forum is not for investigation of such crimes. If you have enough proof to back up your claims you can go on with what is necessary. There are no investigators here. The forum can only tell its members to be careful and not to fall in such trap if its really true.

Joke aside, I hope you know that every market is ruthless, and the crypto market is no different - it's even worse because of the vast majority who think they know something, but quickly prove to know very little (or nothing), and big fish always eat small ones, nothing can change there. If you have any concrete evidence (which I doubt), then make a report to the competent authorities, but even in that case keep in mind that such things can take years, and if you lose you will pay all costs and possible damages.

Crypto is unregulated so there is no crime here. People can pump and dump any crypto asset whenever they want. It is all wild wild jungle out there. If you thought crypto was a regulated market then shit it must suck to learn the truth now. There is no SEC here to save your ass. If you follow it means you have agreed. Crypto is a dark world if you have no knowledge. A company can come, claim it has a brand new product, the stock rise, some members decide it's better to sell the stock, can they be charged with a deceiving pump and dump operation? Hardly unless the company goes into financial troubles or completely bankrupt r they have completely lied.

Thats the point mate, ask SEC why are they still operational? You know why? Well because they are valid instituions with all the steps taken publcily and announced time to time. Looking forward to this report but I really doubt that you can provide a solid evidence that can deem them on the crime because most of the exchange is not regulated and blockchain record is not sufficient as evidence since there’s no proof about ownership of each address that they use since they carefully do the manipulation scheme. I believe on your accusation because there news timing always on point on the price action of crypto. This will be a huge help in crypto if you can expose big fraudster like them.

I am really not understanding you people. The companies or institutions that he has mentioned are they really pumping and dumping Bitcoin? At first you all were the ones hyping them and saying that they are doing good to the crypto community and the market by investing huge amounts of money, because they are going to grow it for you all to make profit. Pump and dump is detrimental to the cryptocurrency world. I first knew about pump and dump scheme from Pmalek thread where newbies and Jr members answers questions to earn merits. Thanks to him.
Then Op, crypto is not regulated and it has many loopholes through which it can be manipulated. Calling out a few out of thousands for a law suit does not make sense to me and I doubt if you will have a tangible case again them.
The market is all about smartness, the more smart you are the more money you make and the more others lose.
