Let's identify some of Bitcointalk best bounty managers and benefit bounty hunters, Since there are so many bounty managers here I am not mentioning anyone's name.

So I'm requesting everyone to say something about this and give a list of Top 10 Managers. Thank you.

There is lists like this: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature Anti-Spam Campaign Managers that determines who are the best bounty/campaign managers. Although some of the common names that you can see on the bounties sections aren't there, this is just one of those lists. And if you're wanting to make a new list of it, you might better have the initiative to make your own poll on who's going to be the most known and best of them all, I'll start it. Obviously, the most known are Hhampuz and yahoo.

In fact, I don't like having ratings like this that differentiate between the best and worst campaign managers. Each supervisor has his own way of working, which may be admired by many at the same time, which may not appeal to others.
In the same context, it is difficult to define a criteria that distinguishes the best from the least. This is reasonable because the mission depends on mastering several skills that enable its owner to perform different tasks during the campaign, and of course each of them has different skills from the other.
I mention many campaign managers with new memberships who are good at managing their campaigns.

do your own homework than asking us to name them when we may be biased because most of us are under a Managerial of specific person.

There are several threads about this created so I guess its not necessary to add another discussion in related to this, but if you like to search for good managers then yoh can actually see their accounts and their feedbacks accumulated over years of handling there campaigns. So I guess its up to you to search for them since it will be more reliable if you are the one who knows about them well.

1. Cryptopreneurbrainboss: he remaining the number one and Best manager with integrity but not limited putting his participants first by securing payment for bounty hunters and he pays immediately after bounty ends.

2. Bounty detective: He is a fast growing bounty manager and most paid out to hunters having about 50k community followers (Hunters) ranking him the most influential campaign manager, due to his much participants he limits the numbers of applicants and mostly accept paying out in USDT and BUSD.

3. yahoo62278: He remains the oldest manager and very strict in his decision making, though also the best.

4. Mrcrank: I think he is a member or crew from one of these exchange (Coinsbit ) but not fully certain about the findings soon to properly verify. He is also a good rating manager and also paying out to hunters without delay.

Hampuz: To my little experience with him, he remains the most reputable campaign manager with a heart of Gold, He is popularly known for both BTC, USDT signature weekly payout.
 
If I don't list or mentioned any others doesn't mean they are not good or don't know their works, I only expressed it based on my experience with everyone have come in contact with.

I've followed some of the bounty managers that you said and I'm quite satisfied with the performance of the bounty manager hope there are more bounty managers with good performance

The list is indeed good because most of those managers are well known on this community or simply does have the reputation which you could assure that they wont really be ending up some shady behavior

but you should  really be minding off yourself that even though these managers are good doesnt mean that the bounty that they are handling does succeed out which is really a very wrong idea.
It would still matter or base up on projects potential in the end which is something that these managers wont able to know thats why dont expect or anticipate much.

I do agree with your list and i need to add one of good bounty managers based on what i have observed from the bounty section. Julerz is also a good one caused by this bounty manager is always trying to escrow the fund first before try to create the campaign to make sure if there will be no bad scenario will be happening in the future. I personally will be putting the bounty managers who have been always escrowing the funds as the top bounty managers.

Cryptopreneurbrainboss is the number one campaign manager. Because he always thinks of the interests of the Bounty Hunters. He always came up with big budget campaigns. He has recently managed 9 campaigns, all of which have budgets above 50K. There is no alternative of him in quick spreadsheet update and the Hunters' problem solving. He is vocal in delivering their payments to the Hunters.
