FIXED 1xbit new scam. cant connect anymore

there is my story
i have around 1800 ada and 1900 usdt in the account
on my phone with the app im connected since 1 months
today they limit me, so if tennis odds is 1.65 they will give me only 1.40
i decided to withdraw
i make few withdraw for my ada everything smooth

now i try to withdraw 100 usdt
i wait 30 min ... and im log out ...
found this weird ...
and when i try to reconnect ... they say INVALID PASSWORD or username
its save automatically so it can be wrong ..

and the most funny ... when i try to do recovery password ... i never receive the code they should send me
so now i have 1800 usdt gone ...

of course when i reach the customer service they say please contact security@1x-bit.com

but last time i text them they never answer ....
i want to cry

I'm sorry to say, but more than likely you're funds are gone already. How did you come to know 1xbit and what made you decide to play with them? Because quick search, and you will find out a lot of scam accusations to them. Even their sig campaign here, the participants are getting negative trust because they are recognized to be promoting a scam casino.

Maybe, try contacting their rep from the forum - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3329829, though he has not been online for months and you can very well see he has a lot of negative trust.

Another victim of this site, I wonder why you are still playing on a site with a bad reputation.
Keep contacting them on every channel and inform other people on that site about this scheme. This site should be shutdown but this forum have no power to do that, we can only give warning. Gamblers should always do their research. This is a huge money for me, be careful next time.

It doesn't matter if they have the best odd. 1xbit has been proved to be one of the biggest scams currently operating in online crypto gambling. We have made scam accusations and warnings countless times, but you people let us down. You don't even bother carrying out research before using the casino.

It's really a big letdown because we have a lot of threads about 1XBIT behavior and we have countless posts alarming people to stop playing here even though they have the best feature or odds you may have a good chance to win here but what good is that if you cannot withdraw your earnings, the community have done their part the blame is on players for failure to do research when it will only take a minute or two.

Not new, they will eventually show their original face. Just wait for their response and be ready to hear you cheat the game and have multiple accounts from the same IP. They have closed a lot of accounts this way. Since you made an accusation thread here you should aware of their scam. It's a real concern why gamblers still using 1xBit where a lot of reputed gambling sites are around the forum. Why not just avoid shady 1xBit? Anyway sorry for your loss but you and others should take a lesson from here.

just curious, it's been a day since you posted, has there been a response to their support? you said that when you tried to log in again the username or password came out as invalid. I feel like this is more of a security issue than 1xbit banning you and confiscating your money. don't get me wrong, I do not trust them but you should continue contacting their support or post this issue on their ANN thread or on this thread

anyway, do you have screenshots that you can share regarding the issue?

and when i try to reconnect the magic happend ... everything work and i was able to withdraw my money.

Glad to know that your issue is finally fixed but can you post screenshots of your allegations and screenshots of your withdrawal with dates you should have posted it when you first post the report but it's not yet late even though they fix your issue you should still complete your report, your report is suspicious if you will not post all the requested screenshots, people might think that you are trying to shill or deceive people by making it appear that 1XBIT is already mending their ways.

Honestly, that's what my gut feeling is telling me as well. It's a brand new account registered just to make this thread. How did he even find the forum? He wasn't here before he created the accusation, and if he was, why not post from your real account? There are no links to Bitcointalk on 1xBit's website from what I can see. If you do a google search for '1xBit', Bitcointalk wont show up in the results. At least not on the first two pages. It's a bit different if you search for '1xBit scam'. In that case, a scam accusation is the second result. But even if he posted screenshots and transaction IDs, those can all be fake. Or they can belong to a 1xBit account created to make it seem like they fixed an issue for a player. That still leaves hundreds of other cases unresolved.

I am not sure why? But I feel like same what you have explained. It looks like the scam attempt never happened. He didn't even submit any proof of his claims. I know some guy promoting 1xBit for money only. 1xBit Pays them to create such an accusation and solve it later. Members like Erdogan can do anything for money. I am not saying this is Erdogan but who knows? @OP, Submit any proofs of your claim.

It is confusing that you have got back your 1800 ada and 1900 usdt which have been scammed. You have neither provided any proof of being scammed as well as you have not provided any information about the resolution of the accusation. Would you like to provide information so that we can know you are telling the truth and not mis-representing us.

Checked his profile, he is not logged in for the last three days the last post was about his issue getting fixed, I have this feeling it's a new scheme where a newbie will post about his issue then after several days they will be announcement that 1XBIT already fixed it if OP cannot post his proof or screenshots like communication I consider this a paid shill and I doubt if he will come back,  he just registers to implement this new scheme coming from 1XBT.

I thought I was the only one who sensed 1xbit is taking their scamming and shilling approach to a new level. This is so far the second kind of scam accusation I have seen In a space of 1-2 weeks.

They just did negative marketing to let us know OP is against 1xbit and latter says the case is solved/fixed to let us know 1xbit is no more scamming. Obviously it is a new phase of scamming. I would not dare to say something like this if there was enough proof of the scam accusation and/or prof of the solution.

It seems we are all unanimous on this, this is a new issue if this is true if they are serious about building their reputation the best to do that is to fix old issues, these old issues are still waiting to get their issues fix, they have ignored it for a long time then someone will come with no proofs and later tell us that all is well now without showing anything, this is a bogus claim.

There are other accusations in the forum that are popping up against the 1xbit scammers and then are being miraculously solved after which the complainant (the OP) vanishes without explaining anything in detail and without providing evidence that the claim was settled.

They provide no blockchain tx as evidence of them depositing or withdrawing funds, they provide no screenshots as evidence either. I think this is a new tactic the 1xbit scammers are employing to try to dilute their scam around the forum and to try to present themselves in a better light.

When was the first or last time a Legendary or Hero or Senior Member or any member with any decent reputation actually posted in the forum to say they had their funds first seized and returned to them? You are right this is all part of the 1xbit drama to demonstrate they are dealing with customer complaints.

Every now and then, a newbie posts about his problem with this scam casino, and then, after just a few days, there will be an announcement saying 1XBIT has already fixed the problem. There have already been several similar cases in the "Scam Accusations" section. I think we can safely assume that this is a new level of shilling for 1XBIT scam casino.

The cases mentioned are most likely fake because they don't contain any content or evidence that could be considered as credible and substantive enough, so it is very likely that these are nothing more than paid shills, similar to scammers and sock puppets like Erdogan and Naficopa.
