Hi everyone I am a football fan ( Manchester United) and I heard that football/club tokens are reliable I want to know how to identify the good ones because I knew that there are many scams in crypto space, assuming a token belongs to Manchester United club how will I know its the legit one not fake?

If you're referring to the Manchester United Fan Token(MUFC), then I'm afraid it's not their "official" token, and as far as I know they don't even really have an official token. The fact that there's very little to no information about this token and especially none from Manchester United themselves just proves this.

so far i dont see MUFC token as officiall. i am only see manchester city , ac milan ,barcelona ,as roma which is as popular football club.waiting official release was good idea since alot fake token occur in market. most of this fan token was listed  at binance , so it could be technique to check is it scam or not.

Fans must know the original news about the club, Manchester United has not release a fan coin while this has been answered by @mk4. If you are still wondering about its legitimacy, you can directly ask the people on this forum. Of course, we need to know what it is to make a judgment. Basically, I think supporting projects like this will only explode when there are sports events related to them. If you want to get tokens for your favorite team, then follow me. There are few FB club tokens on binance exchange and they always do so well too but I can't figure out if those tokens are really from official football clubs around the world, there is no proof that backed this up.

Manchester united club has not yet announced the launch of token fan. You must be careful with MUFC that exist in the market as when you are searching it through crypto.com or coinbase coin watch and you will be found MUFC which was unofficial token launched by anon guy, This can be considered as a scam token.
When MU will be launching its token and i guess it will be creating a tweet on its official twitter.

Yeah it is no mistake, binance have launched some club tokens like PSG, ACM, CITY, ATM, ASR. BAR, JUV, LAZIO, and more. there are enough to choose from @op all you need to do is visit binance exchange login and go the zones option above and choose among the zones listed or scroll down to Fan Tokens to see the various available fan tokens that are currently trading.

Check their official social media if they follow each other and show each other promotions regarding tokens. Notice if any Manchester United players promote this token. Or indeed this token was created by a group of Manchester United fans without any interference related to the club itself. How to do simple research is the main step to finding out the validity of the token. Don't let this Token be made to get sympathy from the fans and then thrown away just because it targets the big Manchester United fans.

This quickly grabbed the attention of million people and the community grown very fast and reached to ultra project level.

However, as they say lies can not be hidden so soon after they got into discrimination of using footballers pictures, fake signatures on their website and thus the coin went to dust in no time.

Well I was one of the pre ico buyer of this coin. Surprisingly the project is still active but it’s not worth it.

Not sure about Manchester United but a lot of football clubs has partnered with socios to launch their fan/utility tokens and most of them are listed in popular exchanges like binance. You can find them through socios or on the binance exchange. The token holders would have perks and discounts while they would be involved in making club decision through voting.
