Yeah that's it just like this time. Bitcoin is increasing a lot but the dominance of bitcoins over altcoins are getting eaten by altcoins slowly. So many tokens got massive increase. That means if the bullrun for the altcoin will be starting once altcoin will be starting to regain its dominance from the bitcoin. It's clearly stated that if altcoin can go up easily when bitcoin was doing sideway. It's happening right now.
People have not yet aware about that but i personally think that we are slowly entering the bullish market for altcoin.
Bitcoin was going up has been triggering so many pump in altcoin.

It is the consistency. Bull market doesn't just happen in one day, it happens in a few weeks, then gives a break for a month but stay at a high level, then it will go up even more for a few weeks. Doesn't mean that it will not happen, but it means that there is a good chance we could see something like that happening in the future.
