There are not airdrops nowadays. No one sends free crypto in 2022. Instead we receive scam BSC garbage tokens every time we make a transaction in our wallet. Airdrops are gone. Instead of airdrops we have referral competitions and testnet programs. Test a platform, wallet, network - get a reward. That is a current airdrop reality. Even telegram airdrop bots are more dead than alive, as I barely receive spam with a favor to join. I no longer even get tagged in twitter in crap airdrop programs either.

Well, the last time I took part in the airdrop was a few months ago, and until now I haven't gotten the reward that I should have received. it seems that it is currently very difficult to get rewards from airdrops, even though I participated in airdrops from quite large projects.
however, the potential is very small for now, even less than 10:1. the point is that out of 10 airdrops, 1 pays. maybe out of 15 airdrops, it's good enough if there is 1 airdrop that is really worth it.
as for the garbage token issue, I didn't even follow any airdrop to get it LOL.

The last airdrop I got successful in my wallet was an NFT drop and the price is shit right now, Airdrops are not worth your time in 2022 its better ti spend time on bounties that have an escrow payment and learn other ways of making money like trading.

I think coinmarketcap is very difficult now, some choose random, but some lucky they get it in their wallet. I've been following the airdrop until now, relying only on friends from the community group and telegram channel to get info about the airdrop, unfortunately many of those we follow don't always pay, who usually pay if they are lucky because they follow the airdrop in the 'random winner' category with a specified amount.

Airdrop is a waste of time. Some of your efforts in participating in any available airdrops would probably end up a waste of time. Those coins or tokens being airdrop, most of them, would end up having little value or no value at all. Though there are chances where an airdrop can have a value, they are very limited  Only good projects has it but they are very hard to find. Most people would suggest that you must try to find a reliable source of profit rather than relying on airdrops that would end up having no value.

I've quite hesitant to see them having an airdrop activity, might they're some but the majority are not doing any. That is why we could say that almost 100% of these airdrops today are useless, they are just consuming our time doing the task but the rewards are shitcoins.
We can never think that we get back last 2016-2017 when airdrops are valuable, I'd remember those days joining and earning decent income coming from airdrops coins.

I can add to your exchange rate of 10:1 or 15:1 the fact that received airdrop token value might be much lower than transaction cost. Either you get an Ethereum token and its trade will never cover transaction cost. Or you get a BSC token, that is traded on a DEX, where you first enable transaction, then swap. I think airdrop participant will end with 0 profit in this situation.

Personally, I have stopped participating in airdrops when "Ethereum transactions became expensive". And all projects that are on BSC blockchain and ran airdrops, turned to be scam. If in 2021 airdrops were unprofitable, waste of time, then in 2022 it is better to skip them at all.

I still join some good rated airdrops, some of which can make $500 - $1k especially for retroactive airdrops, so I don't waste time on bad and worthless airdrops. I suggest you monitor the airdrops on legitimate sources, maybe some safepal airdrops are good too.

Participating in Airdrops will be a waste of time because most of the airdrop organizers we meet today they provide a small amount of prizes for their participants, but I think Airdrops currently will only be useful for people who have channels and have a large number of followers, because they will get rewarded referral commission from airdrop every time his followers sign up via channel owner referral link.

Bounty managers often promote Airdrop through their telegram group. I think it's better than the Coinmarketcap Airdrop. We can ask the admin directly about the development of the Airdrop being promoted through the Telegram group.

I didn’t see a legit Airdrop Platform right now because of it seems dead. Sometimes CMC offers reliable projects Airdrops but if considering allocation is pretty low instead of participants and it’s too difficult to win where thousands of participants. I participated in the few Airdrops but i'm not lucky. I hold some Airdrop tokens but i can't sell those SCAM tokens.

I followed one of the airdrop channels from telegram, some from airdropalert, I suggest airdrop participants to take part in retroactive and testnet airdrops.

I think most airdrops which can be worth anything should be coming from listed tokens/coins. Anything else is worthless 99% of the time. They are usually used as cheap marketing tactic to lure in newbies. Especially new projects that are looking for funding for a ridiculous idea that will never get funded.

And who is going to do long extensive research on the project just to earn a few dollars worth of airdrop? Nobody.

So, unless the coin/token is listed or you have done your research and think its a good project, don't waste your time.

Making something good out of airdrop now requires participants to do some extra works and be lucky. It's very obvious that many of the airdrops give too low reward and some don't pay..it's like 1/20 that finally make sense these day.
