This is a very simple solution if you don't want to read forums and look for new coins. But with 1 ryzen 7 processor, the profit will be very small, but you can mine cryptocurrencies at a time when you do not need a computer.

Multiple CPUs is needed to make reasonable gains, assuming you have up to 5x Ryzen 7 CPU then you can make something per month, right now the most talked about CPU coin is raptoreum. Do your own research.

Forget CPU mining since you have only one Ryzen CPU and its not a wise idea to go out and buy an extra CPU for mining,  its better to put money on graphic cards you will get better returns with GPU mining than CPU.
