I always write slightly inflated values for calculating electricity consumption. If you are lucky and all video cards will work in 70watt/41 megahash mode, then this is very good. But not all video cards can be that good, so the actual hashrate may be less and the power consumption may be higher.
All the A2000 that I've worked with are locked down at 70watts because they are pcie power only.

I would still consider the option with these video cards.
I forgot that the A2000 does not have an additional power supply, so it is correct to consider the consumption of 70 watts.
