When Will This War End?

It will end when Putin's government either decides to stop his war for him and gives the signal to retreat, or they settle with Ukraine somehow. Putin is not going to admit to a defeat and is not going to give an order himself, he's too stubborn. There's always a chance he'll die before the war ends because there had been rumors that he's got cancer.

I am not sure whether these things are true about Putin dying of cancer, he looks strong on the outside and does not seems to have any weakness like a patient dying of a deadly disease. The war will only end if the ego of Putin is settled, if not he will continue the rage.

One thing is certain, Ukrainians won't give up and they're going to get even more weapons from the West including tanks. I also don't see how a war could last another 6 months because Russians will run out of soldiers, fuel and food long before that.

This shows the weakness of the intelligence of Russia. If they really knew that there would be a harsh resistance, i am sure they would not have attempted this in the first place, now they have humiliated, i doubt Putin will call this off, just like that.

I wish average Russian not just get access to the Internet, but visit Ukraine now and see himself what is happening there, who is shooting who and etc. To get real pictures, not what is feed him in social media.

I am not protecting Russia, but this "dead children" (awful picture ) can be Ukrainian propaganda. Every day I see numbers, news, statistics posters, pictures, articles of dead children. I have never seen or been given such statistics and special attention to that during previous war conflicts in the world. As if there are only women, pregnant, children and old people left in Ukraine that are fighting against Russian troops. All I see that X kids are killer, Y missiles were shoot to civilians and Z1 Russian soldiers were killed and Z2 military technics destroyed.

That is why I wish everyone to see what is going on there by themselves, make own decision, and not get under propaganda.

When this will end? When this will be unprofitable for some parties to continue, and other parties have earned enough on war.

Actually, I can say that this war is really terribly depressing and even though I am not directly affected by the war still our economy here in my country is also affected by the oil price hike, and with all the common necessities following to hike also the price as like as the oil. But as of now, I am not really concerned about inflation but my sympathy for the most affected people like civilians of both affected countries, I really wished that the war may be over now, everyone deserves to live in a peaceful environment.

I think it would end in a few months since right now Russian troops are withdrawing and no longer in hands of the Chernobyl. If a country enters the war, then there is a high chance that it would take years to end. If Russia does anything to other countries, maybe there would be a high chance of another World War.

I read from the news yesterday that the Russian troops may be reuniting to launch another heavy attack on the Ukrainian soil. Since the Russian president, Putin and is adversary had not reach an agreement, then I think the war may still continue. Although the Russian soldiers are lossing the battle which had led to lost of live of many Russian soldiers making them to retreat. I pray the war will stop soon cause with the way I'm seeing it, who knows what Putin has in mind.

Oh come on, do not tell me you are still believing "bringing democracy" is a real thing in the USA  right? They do not do that, they never wanted to do that. Even if they had no intentions of doing anything or profiting in Afghanistan (what could you take from them, not like Iraq and oil) they still do wars because they need to spend that 700 billion on military somewhere otherwise why are they even spending so much?

What doesn't belong to them means that they will not stop until they have it, and yes you may not like that but it took them about 10 minutes to take those places, and weeks and yet not able to take Kyiv. Which is proof that Ukraine sort of cared about one, and not so much about the other.

The both countries are economically challenged right now. Although I do think that it is worse for Russia, because they have been sanctioned by some countries especially the US, and also their soldiers have also been losing as of recent to the Ukraine soldiers.

The recent news that I saw is that the Russian air attack are finding it difficult to penetrate Ukraine due to strong air defense, and that the Russian military have lost up to 18,000 of their soldiers. The painful part of this is that innocent people are losing their lives due to this war. So both countries should do anything possible to make sure that they bring peace. If they still continue with the war, lots of properties would be destroyed and innocent lives lost for no good reason.

If I look at the character of Vladimir Putin, I think that as long as Russia doesn't get what it wants, then the war will continue. The longer the war
between Russia and Ukraine goes on, the number of victims will continue to grow, this is a fact that makes me very sad. I don't think anyone ever

If this war doesn't end then Ukraine will be left out back to stone age since it's the battlefield just like what happened to Afghanistan and other middle eastern countries. I'm hoping their peace talks would end soon so that no one else would die anymore but I don't think Putin is done with that since he just said that those who interfere would face a serious consequences.

It might lead to ww3 if he's going to attack then that would be catastrophic but let's not push it or think that way let's just hope that Putin will preserve peace.

An interesting remark! The war in Ukraine has overshadowed all other wars, and there are many! At this point I think we can safely assume the war is not going to be over until Putin obtains whatever he wants out of Ukraine, if he cared about the Russian citizens, soldiers and the citizens of Ukraine at all then this war would not have begun or at least it would have been over long ago, so the only valid theory that remains over the table is that Putin will stop at nothing to get exactly what he wants, even if he has to ruin both Russia and Ukraine in the process.

World doesn't need a police force, let nations do whatever they want to each other, you can't just come in and assume that what you are offering is better. I do not remember many times when the USA came in and did a better job, wherever they have went, they destroyed and it is either same or worse after their involvement. If it worked, if they actually made places better, I would understand but they never did that.

What I meant was that 2 pieces of land they wanted to get, forgot the names but something like Luhans and Doesn't or something. Those were taken quickly and that was agreed by news agencies all over the world, and Russia couldn't get any other place, literally failed to get any other place, which I assumed Ukraine just left those places? Why did Russia failed to takeover anywhere else but took that two city so easily? I have no idea, no seriously I really have no idea .

Why western leaders are trying to prolong the war? Putin's demands were so great? Why can western countries not ensure that NATO will not expand to the east anymore? If Russia wants to create a military base in Mexico or Canada USA will allow it? Western media are totally biased and one-eyed.
