Years ago there were some flash games where it was pretty easy and fast to accumulate some thousands of satoshis playing a little every day.

I don't know how interesting these games would be for nowadays kids, because graphics and games alternatives have evolved and changed so much since my childhood, that flash games could be ridiculous for them now... But personally, for me it would be great to play these games while earning btc as a kid, because I've been doing this since ever without earning any money, only for the joy.

Right now, the only games of this kind I'm aware about are smartphone apps which deliver classic arcade games paying satoshis rewards. However, the rewards are terribly low.

On the other hand, I believe in some years there is going to be decent online multiplayer games with fully developed and sustainable internal economies, where kids will be able to play and start building their bitcoin portfolios.

And to play/adopt bitcoin or not must be up to each child to decide. They don't need to exchange their childhood for bitcoin, but introduce bitcoin to their childhood with harmony and balance.

As a kid, I've never been worried about financial life and now I somehow regret about it, because my life as adult could be much more confortable if I did so before back then...

I don't have any kids, but I'd certainly teach other kids to use Bitcoin. They seem to be quite fond of technology these days, so a kid using Bitcoin is certainly beneficial for the cryptocurrency in terms of mainstream adoption. The good thing about Bitcoin is that there's no minimum age required to use it. Without the enforcement of KYC, kids can use Bitcoin to buy stuff online just like they would with cash (paper money) at a physical store. Imagine P2E (Play to Earn) games paying BTC (satoshis) to kids. It will be a complete game-changer.

By teaching them the basics of sending/receiving Bitcoin, kids will probably ditch Fiat altogether. Who knows if the new generation becomes completely reliant on digital payments? Just my opinion Smiley

Kids are young and energetic and in this age it is an obvious thing, they are always up for learning new things. Teaching them about bitcoins and cryptocurrency would be the right decision. There are many factors why they should know about bitcoins and strategies. From a very young age, they get an opportunity to learn how to be financially independent.

teach children about cryptocurrency must be in accordance with the portion. In this case, don't let young children be taught to trade, but I think it's just knowledge. This is because psychologically unstable children will be bad for their mental development. After they grow up, of course, it will be easier to teach something that contains risks, because they already have a mature theory. especially if it is allowed to be a means of payment, as early as possible we must teach it so that we can use it as a means of transaction

I personally don’t have any kids, but I absolutely do teach my nieces and nephew about bitcoin/cryptocurrency and they actually seem to always be very interested in it to my surprise. As a kid my dad used to teach me about the stock market and that’s how I ended up falling in love with finance and learning how to do things so I would agree this is an important sentiment to teach your kids about bitcoin/finances.

It's a very good thing to teach our kids about crypto currency, it'll help the younger generation to be financially stable/independent and at a very young age too.

But as we know, to every advantage, there's also a disadvantage, while letting the young ones trade themselves, giving them close monitoring to avoid certain attitudes.

Crypto is the future and therefore children should be taught about this digital currency. It is not only about bitcoin and currency, they should be taught about blockchain technology.
Blockchain technology can be used in many areas and it is not only limited to currency. Crypto and blockchain should be part of the academic Syllabus.

I don't see the government agreeing on placing Crypto and Blockchain technology directly to the school syllables.
Most parents also find it as a toxic topic, but how long should a kid be a kid ?
Take for example the people of Chinese, the people in united kingdom, the both of them do teach them kids about martial arts and basics of football from the very beginning.
I wasn't given such opportunity when growing up, the internet was the major technology and i think this contributed to the failure of tech down my ends.
I'll advocate further about this, this should be broken down, Crypto Alphabet can be taught to kids from small, and peoms read to kids before they go too bed , this will infuse and arouse them to Bitcoin, Crypto Currencies and Blockchain technology.

I think this is a sign that you need to have a child, lol. Well, we know when someone teaches us something, mostly if it comes from our parents, we will likely fall in love with it. No one taught me about crypto or forex because I do have a busy mother (single mom) and my dad left us when my mother was just pregnant, so all I have is my mother and I am busy at work. Well, this is where I get my inspiration to try to help him. But now I do have a family and a kid, and I am starting to teach her about this and hoping that she likes it. It is really best to start them while they are young and also to become financially illiterate.

I believe in the adage catch them young. Although we don't no what technology will be in the next era. But in the main time while Bitcoin technology is still in high relevance teaching your kids early will  give them a hint on what to choose when the come of age to make decisions for themselves

Definitely the choice of what your kids will prefer in their time is up to them but making them understand the importance of Bitcoin and it's privacy will give them an edge to making the right choice

I do not really find myself as a person who can spend time with children right now, if it is like for looking after them then it is fine, but if it is teaching something then I am not good at it. Thankfully my wife is a teacher so she can handle that part when we have a kid. But at the same time, when I talk with teenagers I realize something better, the fact that they are so advanced compared to how I was during the same time.

Between the technology being improved, and the lessons being learned online, these kids realized they could study anything they want online. I mean just wikipedia alone is great, they are researching stuff they wonder, and that's great. So, if you teach them even the basics, in a year they could be very well versed if they are interested.

I agree with you that children should be taught about Bitcoin. Who knows, it turns out that your child is indeed talented in investing and the like, so that indirectly you can also develop the potential of your child using Bitcoin. However, if the child really can't and is not able to get to know Bitcoin, it's best not to force it because it will have bad consequences and the results will not be as expected. But if the tone persists so that your child wants to get to know Bitcoin, you must have the best possible tricks to gently attract the child's heart and interest. Bitcoin provides freedom compared to fiat that is bound by the government, besides Bitcoin has also helped many people to achieve life or economic conditions better.

As long your children is fully aware on things which they would able to understand on the time you do make out some explanation but well you should really be sticking with the basics on which they could able to

understand and able to take some good grasps on what you are tending to explain.IF you do see that its not the right time to teach them then stop and consider on explaining it to them in near future.

Its not really that bad on explaining to them about Bitcoins existence but it would be depending into their minds if they would able to comprehend it.

This is a good idea. I think children, when given responsibility at a younger age, gain discipline, a sense of being and how to survive in this cruel world. It’s great and you should definitely talk to your kids about it.

knowledge from the beginning I don't think it's too wrong, I remember there is a saying that experience is a valuable teacher. Indirectly we are indeed demanded not only to provide understanding but there is nothing wrong with them being able to practice it directly.
But of course this is without coercion because indeed children sometimes prefer to exploit themselves and actually see when they are interested and not then it can be your reference, when your child is interested enough then continue but if not then there is no need to force it

My eldest son is 6 years old, and I haven't talked to him about BTC yet, but I want to talk to him about economics in general, so that he can understand how he can better manage the money he is given to buy things at school. But I want him to understand traditional economics well, of course roughly by explaining it to him in a very quick way so that he can understand it, then when I see that he understands if he starts to explain to him about BTC. Of course I don't want to plague him with theories or anything to make him bored, but I do want to make him understand the value of money and how money can be made, which is mostly with his brain.

As a parent, it is mandatory to teach our kids about finciane, savings, and investing. But I don’t think it is  necessary to force them to learn technology. It’s their choice what to do. You can introduce it to them, but I have seen parenting forcing their kids into doing something they don’t like. That’s  something to avoid. There are other ways to invest.

If kids are educated about Bitcoin today, they can become the new generation of a cashless society. The pioneer cryptocurrency is the same as cash, where it can be used without any credit checks or without giving any personally-identifiable information whatsoever. I think kids will massively adopt Bitcoin because of the many benefits it provides over existing Fiat. If a kid invests into Bitcoin today, he/she can become extremely wealthy in the future. How to make them understand something as technologically-complex as Bitcoin is the excellent question. Many kids use smartphones and other complex devices today, so I think teaching kids about Bitcoin shouldn't be much of a challenge. Just my thoughts Grin

Yup, teaching children about bitcoin will be simpler for older people because they are exposed to technology devices from a young age. But I think it is better to teach them knowledge and how to use bitcoins in life than to encourage them to invest or trade bitcoin. Bitcoin is still considered a risky asset with high volatility, children are not ready to take these risks. They should only be taught to trade when they have reached adulthood and can earn their own money to invest.

The dream of every successful businessman or woman is to have a good successor. you can not be in the light in which bitcoin has brought you to and allow your children to suffer because you failed to teach them the secret behind your wealth. Let your kids know that bitcoin is the surest way to financial freedom, teach them now that bitcoin is of more value than fiat currency, educate them about the importance of bitcoin to mankind, let them know that bitcoin has changed the economy of countries who saw the light in it and adopted it as a means of doing transactions.

Now that your kids are young and vibrant, be their tutor, ensure they are bitcoin oriented, save them from financial dependency, encourage them to rely on bitcoin instead of saving fiat currency that Depreciates now and then.

Our kids represent the leaders of tomorrow, let's teach them about bitcoin now that we can.

I have kid right now and still under 1 years old and I hope he can be my successor at the future and most successful than what my achievement with cryptocurrency. I don't ask my children keep try with bitcoin and altcoin investment but also I give him freedom what kind business he want and I don't push my kid keep consistent with bitcoin and altcoin only, depending with my kind when adult which one site business he want, does like with bitcoin and altcoin as his business or looking another business for income earning.

Kids must have freedom of not only there career when they grow up but also to fully enjoy there childhood. If you teach kid how to use bitcoin from very young age then there are chances they may end up going to gambling or other adult sites from very young age. Let your child grow up and they will get to know about this technology with time.

there is definitely a need to show them the bitcoin way but wont be like forcing them to get involved. i would rather let them get involved with the the tech and make something better as they also become innovator and solve a problem or build on existing ones.
