Some casinos are looking for any way not to pay big winnings. Blame it on a failure in the casino and add a certain MAX CAP.

I’ll answer to what I think you’re asking; as I can’t make sense of what you’ve wrote.

I tried Gamdom, same as anyone switches casino, try a new site out. I’m an avid gambler, watch gambling streams and punt at different casinos.  Fiat and crypto. 

Had good experiences and good range of games which is why I continued to play. No where in their T&S does it say about hot wallets waiting to be filled.  Just states Instant crypto withdrawals.

Why has this casino had no problems so far?   Sorry what?  There is sections of people in dispute with Gamdom for various things;   also why have they one of the lowest ratings on trustpilot websites?   I’m not the only gambler to have issues, maybe one of the higher bet size players that have an issue?

You realise 80% of Gamdom are people like my 16 year old brother who has spent and lost thousands and thousands of dollars on a website 18+ right?

This only has one explanation. They don't have enough funds to pay for the big wins. If they stated this in their website, then it shouldn't be problem for you. It is a security measure to keep the business floating otherwise some high roller like you would bankrupt the casino. If you don't like them I advise you to play on a different casino. There are plenty.

have you considered making a case on some of the big gambling portals, ie askgamblers, casino.guru, etc.? Whenever you - or anyone else - feels a casino is "breaking the rules", it only makes sense to present the case on such portals.

Seriously, unlike Bitcointalk, which is cool and all that... the big guys in the industry do have some power and can definitely help players when they are not treated correctly. Of course it does not work all of the time, but sometimes it does.

It sounds to me like you've finally woken up to the realization that you've frittered away an obscene amount of money on worthless slots and are desperately hoping that a glitch might save you. I doubt many people play at such a high level, so it's very possible that random glitches creep into the game that might otherwise never be seen by anyone and while an honorable casino might pay for their mistake - it's a huge hit for them to take and their terms might cover any such situation in their favor. Now, screenshots are not really conclusive proof as they can be edited to show anything you like in HTML. You seem to confuse them trying to keep a high roller happy by placating them with a small return, with admitting that something went wrong - then further confusing the issue with complaints about withdrawing when they had an underfunded wallet which is an entirely separate issue.

I’ve been in dispute as much as I can be since December. Don’t worry I haven’t “just realised” I’m just exploring more avenues of requesting action being taken.
How is it a game with potential of 36,000x now capped at 1338x

What glitch am I hoping for?   They had a “glitch” helping them stop me withdrawing money.  Be it a “empty hot wallet” then why wasn’t my requests sent to “queued” or “pending” until hot wallet was topped up?

I think if I had came here with a $200 claim - 99% of you could relate and then see logically instead of just sharing the thought “that’s what happens when you gamble”.   I understand loosing in gambling.  This isn’t an argument about RTP of providers.  This is directly about withdrawing winnings // experience of a bug as my vip liked to try and play it as.

It would be interesting to also have their explanation at this point (not so much from the support but their direct representative).

you have not rely understand the forum rules. I hope the best way to resolve this your issue is to contact the administration in the gambling site (Gamdom). Because in any organization, there is a communicational channel that people used to solve problem.

Gamdom might lower your win based on their teams and conditions. Because I believe that Gamdom might take transactions fees..

If you are referring as a Scammer which a team used by many for fraudsters, I don't think you are making it right. Because a question will be asked. ^ I think that is not long enough to have a big capital to pay big winnings. If that is the case, probably they will explain that matter to the OP so that OP will understand the situation and even give them enough time to fully paid for what OP winning. It is a big loss if the house edge will bankrupt, it will not recover for sure. I hope this problem will solve, I know this gambling platform was still building its reputation here, and their CM is nothing to do with your problem, dont blame him.

We’re talking about big money here, and the site can’t just let go of that money. I believe this is already explained on the other thread created by OP and I’m wondering why he choose to create another thread this time. Well, CM can’t do anything about this aside from communicating to the team since he is just the manager and he has no control over the site, this is still on the Gamdom whether to pay the money in full or explain to OP the real situation again.
