What is your plan after ETH goes 2.0 in the month of June 2022? Have you decide what to do with your mining rigs and farms yet or not?

There is no plan till we know what is going to happen, too many uncertainties yet and when there are uncertainties then you do nothing, you wait, patience is key here.

Absolutely Nothing, just sit back and watch what will really happen, the ETH 2.0 might not even transpire because its not certain yet, if you already own some GPUs do not stop mining, do not sell either.

All people who asked question likes this - sell all now - not tomorrow - sell it now please. You do not have enough balls for mining to ETH 2.0  Cheesy

Lol, imagine June arrived and ETH 2.0 is cancelled yet again, cry babies shouldn't buy graphic cards in the first place, they should be prepared for the worst right from day one.

I will probably wait until modern video cards become cheaper and update video cards in my mining farms if these video cards give at least a small profit.
If there is no profit, then I will sell the old video cards, but I will leave the motherboards, power supplies and cases for the new mining season.

To keep mining and adding more GPU, I have another source of income so I can survive on that only, I planned to have a certain amount of some coins too just in case, like that Flux and Ravencoin.

I am doing absolutely nothing, keep mining the heck out of any other coin that will be mined after Eth moves to 2.0 which I highly doubt and most probably I will mine Ethereum Classic then.I don't care if profitability goes to all time lows,I am prepared for this,I love mining at a loss (and you may say what the heck is this guy saying but I did so in 2019 and it paid off hugely in 2021) so I would love to repeat my 40K dollars profit in February 2021 again now maybe in 2023 or something like that.

Bottom line, keep mining and increase your stash of your favorite crypto, with the passing of time you will see that you made the best choice.

The best advice I've read today, many people don't like keeping people on the right track, they want all the winnings for themselves, many comments in this alt mining section is always against mining when the bear market is alive but actually it is the best time to mine.

why i plan to buy all those cheap gpus.... assuming of course that eth 2.0 happens.

Why am i planning on buying all those cheap gpus?  cuzz  there is always something to mine.

I will be honest i would need to upgrade the panel of my house to add more rigs.

And what will you do with those GPUs exactly? You do realize that unless ETC market cap goes up by 10x there will be very little profits to be made.

Too many people will want to mine all those low cap coins and difficulty will skyrocket and profit will be like a nickel or dime a day. I think the better idea is to sell the GPUs before the confirmed date of the merge and buy some BTC ASICs and mine instead with those. Or some Scrypt ASICs and mine Litecoin. I just don’t see anything worth mineable with GPUs anymore.

First of all i do not think it will happen in July the passage of eth to pos, then i personally i will not sell the gpus but i will pass to mine something else like raven, ergo, etc, equilibria i will do tests with all of them to see which is more profitable

the good news about 12,000 alt coins is.   even if you only get 5-10 (id like to say functional buuut,,)  "popular" coins other then eth,  that will be more then enough for gpu mining to continue.  and i sell everything for BTC.

I will keep mining nonstop, there are many altcoins that can make you a millionaire mining and holding them continuously for two-three years, like ravencoin and flux, it's stupid to sell your graphic cards.

Crypto is here to stay.  HODL is the way.  Do what I do and keep those GPUs and you'll be filthy rich one day.

Some people will panic and sell.  I will mine through the low times and accumulate.

Mine when others dont want to because of low profits, that's the best time to accumulate coins faster, the difficulty will be lower and mining will be easier, don't make a grave mistake like some did in 2018.
