Don't know how high quality their posts are (I'm not Pakistani), but it seems that currently there aren't many users involved in discussions on Pakistani boards other than the members you mentioned. So, merits will only be distributed among them in that locale. Your allegations aren't valid enough to link them, at least for now.

Yes you did not get 131 merits from the newbies but you are mostly funding these newbies and these newbies funding each other and back to you also. i notice some strange behavior of giving merits so posted.

You can check even my merit list. You will not find any wrong activity. And just see also on which posts I have given the merits. Mostly posts are in English. You may check.

First, there isn't any known rule or law guiding how merit should be used or sent around the forum, there isn't any rule forbidding or stating that two or more parties can not merit themselves if their posts are worthy of it, so personally, I see nothing wrong as long as their post are worthy of the merit(s) they received.

And secondly, I support what _blackStar said, this post does not belong here, it should be in the reputation board, so I suggest you try and move it before a moderator does.

Scam Accusations or attempted scam should be on the Scam Accusations board and charges involving user reputation then that topic should be on the reputation board and I believe allegations of abuse of service should be there because it concerns reputation.

OP, actually I was just wondering how you are brave enough to say they are the same person just by looking at the history of the merit. The merit system doesn't prohibit you from spending it on the same user more than once, but you can only post 50 merit a month for the same user. So what are you worried about here?

Take a picture of this user very well, there's nothing like merit abuse there, i have scrutinized the account and nothing can be find,  i think your point over this particular account is invalid, if you want to create accusations to people make sure you have nice evidence to testify as for this point of this particular user, did not commit any mismanagement of merit, the user earned almost his merit through hard working, this is my opinion after cross checking the account

Although, I am not saying merit is abused or not, but I just stand on the point that if any abuse is noticed, it can be reported in a new thread on reputation board.

There are no strict rules about merit abuse on the forum, except it involves merit sources; The idea is if it is related to a regular user then it isn't much of a big deal as they would eventually run out of smerits to circulate between their alt accounts.

You could move this post to reputation, but there would b no official action taken as suspected merit abuse is no moderated.

Merit exchange between accounts does not mean that they are alts and therefore are abusing merits. You may want to dig deeper to prove that the accounts are connected, such as posting style and gaps, shared Bitcoin addresses etc.

Tagging of merit abuse related cases is also so rare, DT members are mostly focused on bounty abuse and scam.

This is not how you link accounts, otherwise as all the bitcointalk accounts could be linked as everyone gives merits to each other. For your knowledge, there is no restriction in giving merits to the same account multiple times. Your evidence are insufficient to prove anything here other than creating a drama out of nowhere.

I think OP is just building assumptions without proof.
I've felt this too. just of the merit transaction history, there will be a lot of linked accounts.
hopefully, OP has better evidence to back up the allegations he puts on the account. otherwise, lock this thread.

I don't think so. I have done that in my newbie days and I learned some lessons from there. You should not give anyone negative feedback if someone abuses merit.

OP, can you tell me if you are satisfied enough with some of the different user responses to your accusations? If you are satisfied then I suggest you close this topic, while if you have some other evidence that might support your suspicions, please let us know about it.

I just think that you're only ruining the reputation of other users for accusations that aren't proven to be true, but there's nothing wrong with suspecting something for absolutely credible and very strong reasons.

Actually DT doesn't just act for cases involving trading, but there are many other reasons why they use negative tags based on their interpretation.
