Who has the highest IQ and who has the lowest IQ ?

I am wondering if somehow we can check who is leading the IQ race and who is the one who has the lowest IQ?
Also, i don't see the consistency of IQ points if we answer IQ right or wrong. First, it gives you 10 points, and then it gives you a lesser reward. Same i noticed with the wrong answer. Do we have exact mathematics of how many points are awarded or it is just random?

Not data yet that justify the highest IQ user or the lowest in forum, i think many people is going to take time and bring the statistics of highest IQ user and the lowest.

I guess the only way to know is by scraping all posts made today, including continuous updates.
I'm tempted, but I don't have the time for it today. I'll tell you what: I'll make it this weekend if the IQ-thing is still there

According to github code we have 22 categories every category will give you different point.
Therefore, the more answers you answer from a category of difficult questions, the more points you will get.

I expect that signatures will be deleted for those who do not get many points, so study well.

This is an education question, the question is all about knowing the brilliant ones and weak ones through the answers with the rewarding points. One thing in answering correct question is the used right IQ. Then another thing is that, it is the ability for the person to understand the question before he can answer it correctly. The IQ might mislead you to have wrong point if you are not with the right IQ. The right IQ can give one the 10 point rewards. That is why when you asked a question to 10 different people, you received 10 different answers.

Mathematically, the points are selective because you don't know who gives the points, you only received the points but base on the answer. But that not withstanding, a lower IQ can also received points by making random answers

This is nice , the intellectual quotient of a thing, i would like it to be up one hundred and thirty (130) instead of one twenty (120), because with this protocols some people will calm down to engage into conversation that meaningful and also the same time suggest the thing that can move the community forward, we are not suppose to kick against the (120) if sure it will stick.

Maybe in reality, yes. But that wasn't what happened on the IQ test in the forum. I saw a great number of intelligent users on the forum who had abysmal score. For every question one got wrong answer to, marks were deducted. 100% was the default. So those who had 100% probably didn't answer any question at all.


Now that the day is over, I guess it will be appropriate to lock up this thread since it has dawned on all who stumbled on that IQ thread by theymos that it was an April Fool's prank so those who are ignorant of what happened on the day won't begin to panic unnecessarily.

I would agree with you that most members have googled the answer but this is fine because this was fun sort of concept on April fools tradition over the forum.I have answered only 3 questions which I know and then leave the game for other participants but appreciate you that you are accepting the fact you have cheated by getting the questions you could answer.

But there will be many who has scored really well by getting the answer of those tough questions feotthe net because it was impossible to know all of them to score high.But at the end this was fun for everyone and we should concentrate on our regular posting and making forum a better place.This was all fun with the members participation.

IQ doesn't encompass multiple kinds of intelligence. SQ/EQ: social/emotional intelligence would be an important form of non-IQ-specific intelligence.
You may be smart, but you have to still write something interesting. And dumb people can write interesting shit.
You can be the smartest person in the room, but if you are unlikable or can't convince others of that, then it means nothing.
Even being the smartest person in the room may come at a cost to other healthy aspects of life.

Also, was the IQ thing an April gag here a long time ago? It seems familiar.

Well it's wasn't really an IQ test this was theymos's creation only. The questions were from open source trivia at github and theymos somehow added his own "super" logic to give a score to each correct/incorrect answer and result was show as an IQ score.
