I predict you will say the casino doesn't ask each user to verify the accounts, they will ask when the system detect something suspicious of an account. But it just an excuse, in the end the decision come from TOS, it mean your casino do ask KYC.

Do you have gambling license? I may have missed it but upon checking your website I don't see any information about your license. And I would like to second @Jawhead999 I think it is very clear that you would be asking KYC to players which contradicts what you are advertising in your thread: "We do not verify players' personal data"

Why does your site's domain name includes media in it (I'm referring on the link from the OP), is that something that your site want to offer, like articles related to gambling? Just curious if how did you pick that domain name in the first place. If you asked customer about documents then you must have a license to do that but upon checking as well on the site it seems you don't have.

If you browse the Casino content you will understand why exactly they have media in there url. I’m confused too on the URL provided by the OP seems its not same. But upon checking the Casino, They are offering media premium subscription such as disney +, Amazon prime, netflix and many more including mobile devices using there RCP coins which I didn’t know what’s the right at this moment. If you take a look on post history OP made only message related this casino, and each time he added "We" etc etc
it means (it should be) that there is a direct connection between him and casino. at least I hope for it. If not this is really weird ...
since promoting casino in that way it's not helping other people since it appears to deal with a member of this business.

He should address it, for all we know he is just an affiliate and just use the casino as his username and create an announcement here so he can get more referrals, if he is not then we have a problem he cannot address complaints, grievances, and issues, it's always been the official representative or the operator that should be the one to open announcement on any casino to make everything official.

This is not how it works. If you have a license, you have to display its information so your customers can check its validity. Besides, claiming  they are licensed and, at the same time, they don't ask for users personal data is a bit contradictory.

I have the same question earlier while exploring why not using too the link and not a referral i guess its ideal if they use the real domain because still its ideal looks like a neat if they use only their very own link.

There's a lot of contradiction here what OP is posting is very much different from what is posted in their TOS, and his putting a referral link is also questionable and I don't see the license icon in every casino that acquire a license they made sure it's prominently displayed, the KYC and how they are going to ask is something that will not get players to agree.

I just hope so and they should have provided that information at the footer so other people may verify it. Yeah, they have lot of good game providers. Anyways, I'm positive they have since they have those games put on their site but what @jawhead999 saw from the t&c doesn't really connect to what they said they wouldn't collect personal data. That conflicts it and I think they need to fix it.

It's good that it's not an affiliate link but he should opt for Bit.ly or other tracking links to track the number of clicks his thread will generate although it looks like an affiliate code for me, still, he needs to confirm that and all the other contradictions on his post and what's on their TOS so he can correct those, this early so we can move forward.

Yes, it is right. If they want to develop their site here, they must be more active in interacting, especially in explaining what we want to know. I think it's natural that we ask all kinds of questions because that's what we should do before playing or investing in their site. If we can get more info about their site, we can consider deciding later. If their coin has a clear purpose, I think they can get a lot of investors from this forum, which means their site will grow even more.
