I also found out this same post on WhatsApp status, I was shocked to see such post and i quickly rushed to view his profile but to know that it was edited.
First before rushing to view his profile the March 31, 2022 was too bold and the rest write up were too bold as well, looking at the merited merits gain was too tiny and blurry so then i noticed something was very wrong out there.

Apparently, someone wanted to attract attention to himself, and he did it, unfortunately a lot of information is being distorted now, and it's just apparently Photoshop, but if you think about it, if satoshi would have returned, everyone would have known it, and I don't know what that appearance would have led to, perhaps to a fall, after all everyone knows that his bitcoin wallet is significantly huge for the market.

If he reappears, I will be very disappointed, since the decentralization characteristic will become inaccurate if he decides to interfere with the protocol that he created from the start.

I don't quite understand why he needs to do this? From what I have already learned about bitcoin, it seems to me that the system works perfectly smoothly without him. And I'm sure that was his goal. Why should he even theoretically destroy it? If he wants to sell his bitcoins, he can do so at any time, as he could before. I don't think he intends to sell a lot at once, because he understands the consequences for the market.
Following the same logic, why would he come back and reveal his identity? Selling his holdings will destroy the market, i don't also see a valid reason for him to appear again at this point. At best, he wouldn't have the ability to change the protocol of bitcoin , although his opinions will contribute on affecting the market fluctuations .

Selling the bitcoin he holds won't destroy the market, Bitcoin is now controlled by the whole community and his sale will be similar to that of other sharks in the market. It will have a big impact on the market, Bitcoin will probably fall very deeply but won't crash forever. Instead, it will be an opportunity for many other people to buy goods at a cheaper price.
But I agree with you that there is no reason for him to come back at this point.

We all really want to see him back .I think there is nothing to be worried cause he is not so fool to sell all his amount and crash the market value .He is smart person to control all over the thing if not so how still we don't anything about him yet .I want to thank him once again to for creating such a platform for us and our dream come true .However there are lot more positive and negative concern if he exposed himself .Its better to fall into the confusion and need to go through which are upcoming for us .

Stop assuming this friend is the thing that makes your time wasted Cheesy
What was he actually back for now? I don't think it's good for him to do that because he's been gone for so long why should he come back?
he will still be mysterious and it must be like that so that this thing remains a mystery and his existence becomes an Anonymous figure.
I'm glad he created something good I'm quite happy to know him just anonymous like this so why ask for more
I think saying that is a disrespect. Thinking of satoshi is not a waste of time because he created a wonderful thing and we are getting a benefit over it. It's okay to say that if you a hater and not using bitcoin. Besides, the op isn't the only one that wonders if where is satoshi now and what is he/they doing now.

Many people have been missing for a long time but when they came back the people that they know are very happy to see them. How can that be a bad thing? not unless maybe if the guy is a criminal. Satoshi having that mysterious image is a cool thing but it would be more cool if he shows up? pretty sure many people will prefer it.

Satoshi won't come back after all this time. He is not an attention-seeker and the last thing he would want is to become the center of a media frenzy. He disappeared when Bitcoin got the attention of the US government and their 3-letter agencies, and he has successfully managed to keep his identity a secret ever since. If he wanted to propose changes to Bitcoin, he could submit BIPs just like every other person in the world.
Let's just settle for that. Satoshi has done his part and we should be grateful for that. For now, whatever the result of our investments only reflect based on our own actions and decision making, and Satoshi has nothing to do with it. In fact, there's no reason for him to come back, as the market won't change at all even if he will. I guess from the time he's out from the spotlight, probably he started to live a good a normal life.

I'd be nervous as heck because almost whatever Satoshi says if ever he/she/they come/s back can be used in a negative light by mainstream media.

In the end, Satoshi shouldn't and wouldn't come back, which is good.
If he'll be back, all our investments will be triggered especially if he comes back to sell his own assets. But most likely, this is too far to happen. He has left the market for good and there's no good reasons for him to come back. Its clear that what we see now is edited and if he really wants to come back, he'll do it more privately.

We're talking about bitcoin, not any other mediocre/scammy project. Bitcoin is what it is also because Satoshi left his invention to the community and sacrificed 1mln bitcoins. If he comes back it means he could sell his coins as well, and since Satoshi alone owns almost 5% of all bitcoin supply, well, the market would panic.

Quote
not sure if satoshi will come back, even though he can come back for sure the situation will be different can have a positive as well as negative impact,
but in my little heart, I want to meet satoshi, want to ask a trivial thing but dismiss my curiosity
that is, how many bitcoins does he have
I don't think Satoshi will come back now for security reasons because there are some people who are not happy about bitcoin and what bitcoin is doing to people lives. Even though Satoshi want to come back, it will be after the price of bitcoin have move to $100k for people to appreciate him more for the good things he has done to the world generally.

All assumptions about Satoshi's return are fictitious, Satoshi will never return, it's better if we think about bitcoin investment, than we think about speculation about Satoshi's appearance on April Fool's Day, if Satoshi wants to be known by the public, he will definitely appear from in the past, but Satoshi has a principle he doesn't want his identity to be known by anyone, he only wants his name to be known by the public.

He will not come back. Ever. He understood it from the beginning how revolutionary technology this is and how mad the old elite will be when Bitcoin takes away their power and exclusive right for money printing, so being a public figure would just paint a target on his back.

And if he comes back, it will be a great feeling, but on the other hand, it is also scary. Because people say if he comes back and starts to sell his holdings, the bitcoin price will be dumped brutally. That is why I am scared too.

No hard feelings, but given the time you spent on the forum, you should understand some things a little better. Why would Satoshi appear in public first, and only then sell the Bitcoin he allegedly owns, if he can do so at any time without causing panic in the market?

Furthermore, Satoshi is just one man who chose to disappear for the reason that he did not want Bitcoin to be in his shadow, so you and everyone else should be glad that he did so. And finally why people can’t figure out that Satoshi did his part of the job and now it’s all up to the rest of us.
If Satoshi really intends to come back to sell his bitcoin, then he had done it instead when bitcoin price was still at its peak price, and not at its bear price. So i don't see any good reason why he needs to come back. He leaves the market maybe because he wanted the people to continue what he has started, and now its happening already and in fact, people are benefiting from it. But i believe, Satoshi wherever he is, he is still secretly monitoring the progress in the crypto market.

I do not think that Satoshi appears publicly, much less to sell his bitcoin. In social networks people are mentioning Satoshi for remembering April 5th remembering his birthday.
As we know it is a date that has not been verified and following the idea that Satoshi will be present at some point it is very unlikely.
I rather believe that he is among us as an anonymous, satisfied by the success that bitcoin has and following the path that even his creation has yet to conquer.

Yes, Satoshi won't even bother to come back no matter what the situation is he's no longer interested to show up because he knows what exactly the government want from him. There's nothing in particular even if he would show up since he's just a creator of a crypto currency that made changes that's why most people like it.

Even I myself won't bother to look for him since I know he won't be showing but if ever there's a chance I would like to see what kind of person he is since I'm curious about him/them.

It is not even about being known or anything, it is about moving your money around. Like if he moved even 1 bitcoin out of that 1 million bitcoin wallet, then it would be tracked like crazy, and I mean like crazy you wouldn't believe. So, he can't even stay hidden and use his money neither, because he would be found in a second.

If he had any desire to use that money, he should have sent it to a lot of different wallets, not all known to be his and kept it moving constantly. That way people would assume that he owns none and that money is in the pockets of different people because just like all the other bitcoins, his money would have been moving around constantly, not even known if it is with him or not.

Selling his holdings will destroy the market, i don't also see a valid reason for him to appear again .

But who knows? I can't deny the fact that this guy owns sleeping 1m bitcoins and that it's almost impossible for anybody of us to deny it like it's not there.
Satoshi if he is a single person, then expect him to appear at anytime or maybe at any point of time future later. Satoshi is a project with the concept of not revealing identity creators.

Well if Satoshi wanted to reveal himself in public I bet he should have done it for a long time since bitcoin or cryptocurrency came into popularity. Like if this man is aiming for a fame then he would showed up but then as we have always said Satoshi is a man living privately no one knows him and he enjoys his life anonymously, enjoying his life with his own created bitcoin. Though, I would love to meet Satoshi even here in forum just even saying "HI" is enough for me..
