I looked at the OP's post, the odds of the Warriors that time was;

Quote
4- Warriors >8.50

Whoever won that kind of odds is a lucky better, congratulations to you, you also deserve to celebrate because you trusted the Warriors when they were not the favorite to win the championship.

That wasn't luck after all because the chance of Warriors getting into the playoffs and Finals was good. But at that time, it takes enough guts and courage to have that bet as it's still not that sure that they could really get in as the other teams in the league are also good. So, congratulations again OP for having a strong faith for the Golden State Warriors Wink

Getting that odds really says OP has faith on the Warriors. Now that the Warriors have already won the championship again, they just proved that even without Durant, they can still win a championship, and Curry is the better player than Durant, so he deserves all the praise in the NBA.

Next season we are not going to see that kind of odds again as obviously the Warriors will be the heavy favorite to win the championship. I think if we like to get a good odds, we should not bet on the Warriors, we have to choose another team that we think has a shot on winning the championship.

Here's the 2023 NBA Title odds.

Just like what happened before, the Warriors have shown their great potential on the court. This year's champion wasn't a big surprise because the Warriors have been a consistent team this season. Yes, Curry has carried the team with strength but I must say that they still won because of their team unity. Celtics have also shown their extreme strength this year and we can't deny the fact that they're really a strong opponent.

Warriors were just built perfectly, of course even without Durant. That 73-9 record was enough of an evidence that they're built differently.
Durant was a great addition, but even without him, the Warriors with Curry, Thompson, and Green is still great, and they have the ability to make their teammates become a better version of themselves. Jordan poole and Andrew Wiggins both became a perfect compliment for the Warrior veterans.

I still understand people who didn't expected Warriors to win the title, that makes sense if they missed out completely. The main reason was the fact that people didn't really expected much from Wiggins, nobody knew Poole will be this good, neither would Looney would be, people assumed the main trio got old, and Klay was coming off from an injury half way through the season. All of these combined makes it harder for Warriors to win it this year, one of the titles that they deserved the most.

I remember people hated Warriors when they won with Durant on the team and I get it, they were the best team and ADDED Durant to that roster after a 73 win season, but this one is much different ,they really worked very hard t oget it and they deserve every ounce of joy.

Yeah, but as far as we know, maybe Durant separated with some not so good memories with the Warriors, injuries and then him and Green having some 'words'. Nevertheless, it's done already, the Warriors has proven themselves to be a champion again without Durant. And there will be many critics regardless if Durant is still with them or not. And then developed Wiggins and Poole to build a solid team, as others put in, not just super team but a 'death squad'.

Well... we can see the Warriors proved once again that they are an excellent team by winning this NBA season.

But I have a question, could someone tell me some website (reliable) that is released some rumors about players transactions?

Which team will be able to come more prepared and improved next season!!?

I think the official website of the NBA gives more reliable information, but when it comes to rumors, there are plenty of sources that we can check, including the forums that discussed sports and sports betting, and by a simple search in google, I think you can also find some information needed.

I have followed Adrian Wojnarowski, ESPN senior analyst and insider and if I'm no mistaken, he writes article for Yahoo as well for years now. and I would say one of the most respected as he has solid insider news and supposedly 'rumors'.

https://twitter.com/wojespn

And also Shams Charania - Senior lead NBA Insider/Writer/Analyst for The Athletic and Stadium

He has also some good up to date insider news, like trades and everything related to NBA.

Ok guys! Thank you so much for this informations!
Yes, I also agree, the official website of NBA is the most reliable place to follow!
Thank you also for sharing these profiles/people, I believe they are people who should have a good knowledge about the NBA events.

Yes, that's correct. Those two are the best when it comes to updates on every movement about NBA.
Even in the off-season, they will be posting updates, they never rest.  Cheesy Just like this one which might be an important trade.

Am not a die hard basketball fan but I love me some games sometimes, the bit I had watched I think warriors are a solid team and even after some of their player left even agreeing to a pay cut, they still found a way to become champions that’s a solid team right there, I must also respect steph Curry who is now a four time champion it was well deserved he is really a fantastic player and can easily be amongst the NBA all time great, he played marvelously well all season.
A team of champion will always take the championship no matter how long their players stayed or how long they will not.

In Warriors case? Curry can still carry the team together with the coaching staffs and  loyal and team mates like Thompson and Green
it just that it took them sometime to find the way to championship again but i think? they will take this next season once again .

I don't have any doubt that they will win next season, if there's a possible trade that will happen, the Warriors will remain as a good team because Curry will always lead the team. Also, let's expect that Thompson will have a better season next season because he will be in his old self as the season progresses.

Klay's first season after a serious injury and they already won a championship, just think about that, and think about how good they will be next season.

Yes, obviously, him and Klay are a solid tandem, better known as the splash brothers. He just came back from a devastating injuries, played this January and now he has another ring.

And Steve Kerr's ability to make good players became great players, that's a sign that only a few can muster in this high profile athletes because most of the time, top players has something to say if they win or loses game. But with the Warriors organization, it's the opposite. Even the Assistant coach who was hired to be the Head coach of Charlotte has agreed in words. But suddenly, he make a U turn and wanted to stay with the Warriors.

Looking back at OP's post, the odds for the title, seems kinda interesting. Of course it is very understandable that team with the best odds not getting the title or team with a low odds getting the title can happen. As far as I remember, my first post in this thread was about the odds for Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers. I thought they were really not reflecting the real situation. I can see the Kevin Durant effect but it was very unlikely to happen. And of course, the odds for Warriors. If someone bet on them really big and win, that is quite a big success.

GSW is not that strong when they entered the Playoffs but in those games, Thompson, Wiggins, and Looney found their rhythms and went out for some great play to beat every opponent in the series and finally win the NBA championship. Nevertheless, they have the veteran experience and they know exactly how to handle such pressures that's why they easily won against their opponents. Maybe we will see them again if they gonna show such kind of play early this upcoming season and hope no one will gonna hurt before the NBA playoffs.

Add Poole to that list as well, he also had a good playoff run and had average 17 ppg.

Looney had his best game against the Mavericks, because they chooses to play small. While Thompson, game 6 Klay performance against the Memphis on a close out game. So everyone contribute in the GSW run in leading to the finals and then they become the favorite although it seems that in the beginning, we might see an upset. But 3 straight win and then won the trophy for the 4th time.

We should not worry about the Warriors, they have already become champion, so they already know how to figure out to win and how to manage their roster. Every team is looking for an improvement, even the LA Lakers when they won a championship, there were some movement of players because they are looking to improve but it's unfortunate that they messed up the next season.

Warriors is not Lakers, they have their great chemistry and they really work as a team, while the Lakers, Lebron is the main influencer of the team, so probably whatever he demands will be given to him, and sometimes if it's too much, it will not help to improve the team.

IMO, Warriors will keep the big 3, and they can add or remove the role players as they are just their to support them.
