A bursted Capacitor on 1070 gpu

I have a gpu 1070 with a burst capacitor here, do I have to change this capacitor? I ask because this gpu is still working well but my mind won't leave there since it can break down any time, I don't have any spare part to change it, keep using like that or?.

I'm surprised it's working, even if it does it won't function very well because every single capacitors either small or big have it's own job to do, I won't risk using it like that and they don't cost much at all, consider changing it just in case.

You don't have colleagues with dead and faulty GPU? This is why I don't throw away defunct GPUs they can be useful later for part sourcing, you can buy GPU parts online I believe e.g aliexpress, do some discoveries.
