Easy to say but to consider out that platforms which are centralized and licensed  which do really comply with some government rules then it is really a standard on having those

The leaked database is for 2017 or early 2018, and Sicodice has been established in late 2017.
Therefore, the database is worthless. And we are still here after 4-5 years.
