It will be very difficult to get a 1:1 paypal trade even if you send first. Even legendary members with alot of previous trade history can't get that rate.

The rate is fixed but I prefer to send it first to people who are older/ with high trust scores otherwise I will require to sent first the btc. I have constantly 20-300$ depending on the days
