I need a straight answer, can high temp on GPU when mining cause invalid shares or stale shares? I'm just curious because I set up a new rig that I decide not to OC for now and I see better hashing performance on flex pool, maybe I'm wrong.

Invalid yes, stale no. Too much OC can cause HW errors that corrupt the hash. Stale shares are caused by network latency.

Next time choose a better subject line.
