How to define unique hardware serial number of each ASIC, hash and control board

I have a farm. It is probable that some of my employee change some good new hash board with used hash board or broke down hash board in my miners.
Is there a unique hardware serial number (Unchangeable through flashing of Nand flash or downloading new firmware) for each of
ASIC or
 hash board or
control board
which can i read from firmwares or pools?
