I have a farm. It is probable that some of my employee change some good new hash board with used hash board or broke down hash board in my miners.
Is there a unique hardware serial number (Unchangeable through flashing of Nand flash or downloading new firmware) for each of
ASIC or
 hash board or
control board
which can i read from firmwares or pools?

Pools using only standard stratum do not know any of this information.

However, if you are using a hacked or closed source firmware that is sending extra information to pools designed to collect this information, then I guess they could know it.
Closed source firmware use an encrypted connection to send information from inside the miner, so in that case you wouldn't know.

unfortunately, there is absolutely no solution to this problem ... if they do maintenance, they change cards, if they change cards, they are able to reprogram the eeproms ... and therefore, to "rename" the new board in the minor with the name of the old one... the one and only solution is surveillance cameras.
