I have a farm. It is probable that some of my employee change some good new hash board with used hash board or broke down hash board in my miners.
Is there a unique hardware serial number (Unchangeable through flashing of Nand flash or downloading new firmware) for each of
ASIC or
 hash board or
control board
which can i read from firmwares or pools?

I don't know about the control board but in the hashboard they mostly use code editor to know the hashboard serial number or you can use it to replace the serial number.

Code editor is only support Antminer dashboard and this is what it looks like below.
