I continue researching crypto casinos (my previous research) and would like to share a piece of my new work.

Probably, many of you know that many slot manufacturers allow operators to choose which RTP to put in their slots. I wondered which RTP in such cases crypto casinos choose. I checked 138 crypto casinos and present to you the results of my little research.

Here is the list of game studios I checked RTP for and their RTP Rates:

This is a great findings but I thought at first after reading 'crypto casinos' that it will include the platforms themselves yet it only is about the crypto-game providers. I'm not sure how this will affect anyone's perspective to the RTPs on the platforms that uses the game providers indicated as the gambling platforms can have high house edge -- lowering the RTPs mentioned above. Since you've already mentioned that the RTP minimum percentage aren't set in Curacao e-gambling licenses while knowing the fact that most platforms that has tons of users tends to have a Curacao license, then the RTPs mentioned still will vary depending on what those platforms announced their House Edge is.

However, knowing the RTPs for each game provider really makes a huge difference on choosing which games to play. I mean, there are really no huge difference as they all have the common 96% RTP, knowing the real RTP rates FROM the casino platforms themselves really would sum up the matter.

@OP, I think that users could understand the title more if it would be "RTP Rates from Slots Crypto-game Providers". Casino is a general term for which is always misused and misinterpreted.

@bitcasinorank, I'm wondering where you have found those RTP rates! There was a post from a casino representative about the “non-exhaustive list of possible RTP settings”. The user has included the RTP settings of few more providers in his post. Similar information (possible RTP chart) is available at some other websites. I can see some differences between your and his mentioned RTP rates. As example: you have mentioned that ‘Push Gaming’ RTP rate is 90-96%, where he said “Push Gaming: several games 2 RTP Variants: 96% & 95%”. Which one is accurate?

I want to know one more thing here. What is the meaning of max possible RTP here? The Cat Father slot has 98.1% RTP, which is provided by Pragmatic Play. If Pragmatic Play has 96% max possible RTP then how they are allowing higher RTP on some slots?

The moral that should come out of this infographic is that slots, no matter how good they are, ultimately are still extremely crappy RTP wise.

If you are purely chasing RTP you should definitely play a game like dice or blackjack and I think that there is no debate about that. The minimum house edge that I've seen on slot games is 1%+ and that's akin to playing a really bad game of blackjack.

Sure, if you enjoy slots definitely go for it. However, be cognizant that RTP is necessarily low because of developmental costs of the game.

If I'm not mistaken, many slot providers allow casinos to adjust slots RTP on server side. The house edge varies from casino to casino. That’s why I think it’s important that every casino operator shows the RTP for each game on their site.
Most players will not pay attention to that because, quite frankly, they do not care, but for serious casino visitors, it’s important to know exactly what the RTPs for the games are.

 I think that it would be very interesting if conducting deeper researchs to get to know an average or approximation of the more commonly applicated rates by casinos, so for example for the 99% allowed by NetEnt there is no much casinos (that if is there) that will settle it!  I would so say that in practice is very very rare to find a slot game with a such 97% RTP !

Thanks for the research. I rarely play with the other providers from the list because I play on games from Pragmatic Play many times so I do not think I know how high the RTP on each provider that @OP has written. But no matter how high the RTP from each provider, that does not mean you are guaranteed to make a big winning many times because we still need our luck besides us to win, especially if you are a slot fan

Maybe only a few gamblers will search for a high RTP and play that game. But the other gamblers will play the games that they think the game can give them excitement.

Here is the tool that shows RTP in real-time but it covers a limited amount of games and casinos. But save it just in case because they want to develop it further.

Thanks fro the questions. I got the information on RTP ranges from game providers directly. As for The Cat Father, game providers still can release games with a fixed RTP. When I say that 96% is a maximum RTP for Pragmatic Play, I mean that this is the max possible RTP in slots with multiple RTP choices. Most game developers indicate the RTP in game rules. As for Play'n Go, you can check the RTP in the game's code. Read here how to do it (How to check the RTP in Play’n Go slots?).

Nice info. @bitcasinorank, you can update the table for UKGC - they require a minimum RTP of 90%. It's also worth mentioning that UKGC requires RTP to be shown in the help/info file (MGA doesn't).

No, players usually can't see/check real-time RTP. However, some online casinos offer this information for all casino games (updated in real-time or delayed a few minutes).

And by the way, RTP in The Catfather slot is 96.52% (according to the Pragmatic Play)

There is two version of The Catfather slot game. One of them (The Catfather part II) have 96.07% RTP, and the other game (The Catfather) RTP isn't mentioned in Pragmatic Play website. I was talking about the old catfather slots game which RTP isn't mentioned on the Pragmatic Play website. That game RTP is 98.1%. You may check it in those casino where ‘The Catfather’ game is available (as example: wolf.bet). The review of The Catfather game also says that it has 98.1% RTP.

BTW, you should remove those casino from the spreadsheet which doesn't have the slot game. It will make the list short and easy to realize.

Thanks for this list. I didn't know the differences were still so big. I thought that with so much competition between casinos the house edge it was getting closer and closer to zero. However, I can see that there are still games that take more than 10%. 
We have to be vigilant all the time and check which provider we use every time.

Usually Slots came from third party services and they are business so I think 99% RTP is very rare or no slots provider would do that the average is from 94-97 for what I know but they can adjust their RTP and some gambling sites doesn't show RTP to players but some do show it which I think is good since as a player I should know the RTP of the game I am playing with.

The most old-school kind of slot where you are actually presented with a slot machine is Mega Joker with an RTP of 99% This is a game developed by NetEnt.

The thing is the RTP isn't fixed, the games is Mega Joker [1] and if you read the rules they wrote the RTP is from 85,28%-99%, the minimum RTP isn't even close to 95%... the RTP has high variance. I'm not really sure why the @OP wrote NetEnt provider start 90% RTP minimum, since Mega Joker is also from NetEnt provider. I think Pragmatic play still become the best provider since the minimum and maximum of the RTP are so close between few percents or zero point n

I am not sure if there a slots game have that percentage. After all, that is a calculation only and not giving you or guarantee you winning the games. If the game have above 95% will be okay to play and the rest we can depend on our luck to win. Usually, when we see offer 95%, our brain will get a sign that this game can be our luckiest game so we can win more than the other games. 95% is closest to 100% which is a perfect number

Even if the slot has high RTP while the volatility is so high, You can lose big time without gaining anything before you hit a decent amount of money which is not sufficient to cover your losses. Yes, there are a lot of slots which has 99% RTP even more than 99%. The more RTP percentage the more winning amount and the less RTP the lower winning amount. So, if RTP is higher then your winning amount will be more than usual and if lower then you will get lower profit, that's it.

There's no such legit betting strategy in slots as long as the games you played have house edge because the house have higher chance to win rather than you in the long run. Martingale strategy is the most known betting strategy by multiplying your bet, but this only work for high roller. Some casinos does offer happy hour events (no house edge) this will make the chance you won and the house is 50/50.

This never works, but you can make sure that the casino you associate with have high RTP rates which would mean that it would give you more chances of winning as well, which does mean that it's a really competitive place for other casinos as well, there is also a minimum RTP which is needed for a game to pass. Then again you should also understand that you can play the penny slots, giving you more chances. But you should always see how much you are spending as well. Other than that I think the list is nice but it should also include some of the casinos here on the campaigns as well since this would make it easier for the players to see and choose since not everyone calculates the RTP as well.

I dont think so, as far as I know Pragmatic is using mostly lower volatility compared to other providers such as Hacksaw, Yggdrasil, Push Gaming, or Relax Gaming.
Most slot lover with low bankroll will be preferred to play Pragmatic or Play n Go than the other providers as I mentioned previously.

For example; their title “Lil’ Devil” states;

How is it that Gamdom are able to run this game at below accepted or advertised RTP rates set my the slot provider?    Are some casinos using false titles of their games?

Gamdom have this game set to a max win of 1,338x  (literally 1% of game potential) and 95.73% RTP, which isn’t possible based on advertised accepted stats by the provider.

Complained on Casino Guru, and Gamdom refused to comment publically, same as they’ve done here and remained silent about their scam.  Would like other peoples views on this fraud?
