What is the most effective ways?
To move coin price up ?
Low cap ? Or bigger coin ? How much vol needed to move?
 If trading groups giving the signal and crowd buys all one at the time it will just spike up the price in few minutes but if after that no buyers the coin will fall back in few seconds.

Maybe most effective way are the way that coin will be bought by different groups for example:
1 group buys with 3$ 
So to keep price level up other group buys when price 5$
And third group of people buys 6-7$

It depends on which shitcoin you are talking about and how many are controlling that shitcoin's price.
For example if you wanted to significantly pump ETC the ETH scammers called the foundation that controls the 72 million ETH that was duplicated on ETC would prevent that rise because this centralized shitcoin would fear the other shitcoin would replace it.

In other cases you have to see the order book. In most shitcoin cases the order book is not packed enough to resist rises and the pumps could take place very easily although such pumps could crumble just as fast and easy as they went up since there is always a lot of idiots who are bag holding those shitcoins and are in huge losses who are dreaming of a small pump to dump their bags and take some of their money back while reducing their loss.

In any case if you watch the altcoin market daily you can see which shitcoins and how they are being pumped. Most exchanges let you sort the market based on 24 hour gain/loss which helps find these shitcoins.

This won’t work. Firstly crypto is very volatile and that comes due to free will of buying and selling with any amount possible.
If you think one group is still going to hold until prices reach to 6-7 bucks then that’s misconception of yours. If someone bought the shitcoin and see the prices souring up to 5 bucks then they have already made around 60-70% of their holding so they will immediately start selling. The price will never cross 5 bucks in theory.

To move the market, you will need huge research on the market cap situation of that shitcoin. How much is being held, demand and on going supply.

Yup. It hasn't changed much over the years too, people can move from exchanges, to ICOs, to IEOs, and now IDOs, but the mechanisms are just getting more complex, but the same old front running plus wash trading is going on, to pump volumes and to dump and rinse repeat.

The best way I know to move the price of an altcoin up is by building or introducing something new and innovative which will solve some problem and challenge the crypto market is experiencing rather than imitating another project concept which is what 90% of all the altcoin we have in the market does.
When you do this, find angel investors who are also an influence in the crypto market and have a team that will build crypto community enthusiasm for your project.
This is the best way to move coin prices up cause all genuine crypto investors will have a reason to add the coin to their bag.
