Its abusive towards workers who apply for the job if they apply for low payed job and still have to send resume.
Resume should be only if job have better position and better salary how its possible people humilate themselfes to send resume to low payed jobs and still waiting like they get jackbot or lottery winning.
Its waste of time sometimes you wait months just the low payed job and then when you get its low payed job.
Low payed job is not director position no efforts at all should not used to get this low life position to waste time to send resume its a abusive humilation person who send resume for low payed job have no self respect for themselfes i would never send resume for simple job low payed job never ever if i have to get job ill just ask to get it becouse low payed job is nothing special those companies who even can have low payed workers should be happy about it even one person want to work with job but asking resume its nonsense.

Merit for this of you are person with selfrespect

I actually think it's useful to have your own resume. Also for yourself personally. Because it tells what you've done in your life.
I mean it's not as if your resume tells you to not get a job or whatever. Most of the times even with a resume most companies will still wanna talk to you personally, because you can't tell how someone is by his resume. But I get where you're coming from.
