Are you referring to the stars symbol above the username? I do not think it is a rating/assessment from the user. It is like a symbol to show the level of the user. I created a throw away account and I can find this stars symbol under my profile information without making a message in chat. Checked the chatroom and I found there is someone that seems to be the admin/moderator of the site but he said that he is not even know about this thread. if you look at the time stamp, this thread was created earlier than the thread they created that was locked. in fact, the OP has another thread(which is now deleted) where I suggested that he could either lock it or report it to be deleted by the mods. anyway, on their locked thread it says that the site is under maintenance but it seems that it isn't I wonder if they have already fixed the issue that has been presented to them. there is also a scam accusation against them but they did reply that they plan to refund the gambler. the gambler also claimed that he had communicated with their team and would update us once the issue is resolved.

I read in their scam accusation post that they admit the mistake and will refund plus the winnings of the player and they admit that they started early and their site is still vulnerable but i still see their site operating do they already fixed the problem with their website?

However, I think that there is significant overlap between your offerings and other competitors (e.g. BetFury comes to mind). My suggestion would be to look into expanding your game offerings and/or integrating more third party providers to make sure you've got that variety of games available. I am not pretty sure how valid your claims are but if you are frequent in this section particularly in this thread, PlayCrash has been kinda wonky for about 2 days now. The OP also claims that the site is down for maintenance, which I don't believe because their website is still taking new accounts. Plus, the OP has been ignoring this thread for a few days now.

This is not at all a professional behaviour from the casino.
If there are glitches/bugs in the site, then they shouldn’t have launched the site.
Not only now they hampered their image here but also put the money of the people in danger.

I see many people complaining about the issues about their accounts in the site. And till now the owner hasn’t given us here in the thread about the current situation, whether the site is fixed, running or operational.
As always advised it’s better to have a look and observe the site before depositing a big amount here.

The account of OP was online yesterday answering the accusation that has been posted on the scam accusations board. I guess they have to solve that first and the person who has accused them is in contact with them. Let's see if they're going to refund him or not.
But if they're coordinating with him and hopefully they solve it so that as a new casino, they won't have the paint already on their reputation.

I'm enjoying crash games, but there seems to be little of them existing nowadays with Bustabit being the oldest one. Your site design is good, but you seem to have some issue since you have a standing scam accusation. Not only that but it seems that you have a lot of issues on the backend, causing problems on account creation and other things. Perhaps you should not have launched your site and dug deeper first before going live.
