Yes, I did able to access the site after waiting for it to load but I have read some messages in the chat room. It seems that there are some bugs that needs fixing. Secondly the OP Design looks dope. But the thing that hurts me the most is the ill-mannered site layout.
Seeing the ANN here, a user must have a great expectations from the site. But the site is just another common site with not so impressive features.
Things you mentioned that didn’t collide in the site:-
- NO KYC(But in site there is some info regarding this that you guys can ask KYC.
- 24/7 live support (but when I checked, no one there to reply back)

The design isn't bad at all and it's interesting after reading what stalker22 has said. It's sort of being familiar with the design and there could be some casinos that are the same as is.

This is not at all a professional behaviour from the casino.
If there are glitches/bugs in the site, then they shouldn’t have launched the site.
Not only now they hampered their image here but also put the money of the people in danger.

I see many people complaining about the issues about their accounts in the site. And till now the owner hasn’t given us here in the thread about the current situation, whether the site is fixed, running or operational.
As always advised it’s better to have a look and observe the site before depositing a big amount here.

He has the same problem as you, so I wouldn't recommend anyone to make a deposit on this casino till they fix this issue and refund all the affected users.

Bgame.io also redirects or can be a mirror to the playcrash.com website, or just a domain waiting to expire (bgame is still live but with no response from the database as the games and chat keeps loading). Even upon visiting the platform playcrash, it never shows their license from any e-gambling license companies nor any links to prove their legitimacy. There's no such platform that has all the similarities even the context on their about us page that were legit yet 'sold'. Does KYC affect the reputation of a casino? Have you ever seen a casino get bad reputation because of KYC or a casino get a great reputation just because of NO KYC?
Lets just take a look deeper on the site, dont be focused on KYC only as it has nothing to do with reputation IMO.

As for the casino, I hope nobody will use it at all. At least until the OP clarifies some things. The script used by this casino has already been assessed as inadequate and has some serious flaws. One of these flaws is that users cannot verify the result, i.e. the gambling script is not provably fair, according to @webtricks.

I'm thinking that there are some other similar cases in this new casino but the players who are affected do not post it here in this forum or maybe they do not even know about this forum. 0.4LTC is indeed low amount to pay from a casino, but it can be a big amount if there are many other cases that are yet to expose. It does not make senses to see a casino risk their business for 0.4LTC only while I believe the owner spent much bigger amount than 0.4LTC for the casino.
