I'm running 2 antminer l3+ with the new version of Hive os on it. one of my two minors has been working fine for 60 days in a row. but my second minor is a different story it runs fine for about 20 days then it keeps crashing with this error (Apr 12 07:13:08 none local0.err cgminer 26630 : Net Err! lastest job more than 2 mins! waiting ... ) I reboot it will run for about 6 hours and crash again reboot it runs for about a day and crash again reboot it just stopped crashing for another 15 to 20 days then it starts to loop over.

they're using the same mining address same pool and it did it before i upgraded to Hive os

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Try the original Software first. Looks like a problem with the ethernet. Maybe the controller board, but test with original firmware.

also switch the cable on the bad unit with the cable on the good unit.

if the problem moves with the cable move then you have a dicey cable.

eth cables do go bad with movement or even with no movement.
