Simple answer, go for the brand who provides more time of warranty
I had Gigabyte and MSI cards, both brands are good enough to buy, I only recommend you to do some research on models, not the manufacturer, because Gigabyte and MSI had some bad cards
Just an example for both, I remember MSI 3080 trio or suprim, that was limited by TDP and the card never reaches 100mhs, you had to change the bios, so it was a bad card to buy
Gigabyte had issues with some cards on thermal pads didn't touching the dissipation correctly, leaving the memories so hot
So, better research for model, and I say this again because you can have a entry model for gigabyte or a high end MSI, I'll go for the high end one
