That's possible but there are also lots of things to be considered. I don't think a person would prefer buying a property using Bitcoin over fiat because most of us prefer holding it. It also depends on the country that he's from because there are countries that don't legalize Bitcoin transactions especially if big properties are involved. There is still a lot of documentation that you have to prepare and present.

Your request seems a bit off- you should have phrased it like "Will it be possible to purchase a property using cryptocurrencies.." since it allows for a more comprehensive discussion, unlike your thread which somehow restricts it especially that you failed to indicate all the details.

Anyway, it is possible to purchase property using BTCs but it depends on the buyer if they prefer this kind of method. In order to avoid any legal impediments or conflicts, I suggest selling your property to fiat instead; then use the proceeds to purchase BTCs in your local/respective exchange for easier access and convenience.

You have to be specific where you live, not many countries sell property with bitcoin, if you want bitcoin, try selling it in superpower countries like the USA, Dubai, which have accepted buyers with crypto bitcoin

Have you tried posting it in various classified ads websites and newspapers and stating that you accept Bitcoin as payment? I think this would really work for you as a start. Not just in local classified ads, but on other international ones for exposure that they can be aware of you accepting BTC. Just my opinion bro.

judging from your previous posts, it seems that you are from Indonesia. IF ever you find someone who is willing to pay you bitcoin to buy your house, wouldn't it be illegal? I remember seeing an article a few months ago that crypto can't be legally used as a payment.

The fact is that Indonesia has not legalized the use of Bitcoin as a means of payment, but in the regulations it is only allowed as a commodity futures asset, so what the OP is offering is against the law because his house is in Indonesia, unless he transacts with the buyer in secret based on an agreement between the two, or he can deposit all the money from the purchase of the house into Bitcoin.

if bitcoin transactions are still not legal as a means of payment in their country, of course selling openly this will make him entangled in state law....
maybe selling it by posting in local groups or local forums is better

No one will be interested in buying your house with bitcoin, because home is a place to live that cannot be shipped or packaged and all the members on this forum are from different countries. You have to sell it your local part or with people around who are willing to pay for it in bitcoin, and list the location, land area, and shape of the house and so on. You're offering something that doesn't make sense and there's no detail either.

Except on the forum he come from the same country and region because from different countries on this forum never want to buy OP home's or property by using bitcoin as currency payment. Better he make announcement his property selling on his local forum because actually will easy finding some one the same from his country can buy it. But most easy with selling his home with local cash money payment because later he can use money to buy bitcoin without have busy looking some one buy his home with bitcoin as payment currency.

If you want to sell a home for Bitcoin exchange you usually have to select some of the biggest countries in which cryptocurrency is widely used and buy and sell everything through cryptocurrency. Then you can easily sell your house in exchange for Bitcoin. Especially in the case of advertising, mentioning the location of your home, all that would be better. That's just my opinion.

If you really want to sell your property for Bitcoin then why dont you start looking for buyers in the place you're in?

Post it online in groups nearby to your place and there might be someone interested buying your property. Because you cant just look for buyer here in the forum, it is beneficial for the buyer to see in person the property and check if its good.

Yeah, I doubt anyone is going to buy a property from a random person on the internet. If you really want to sell it here (which might take forever), create a proper thread and give more details. But you are better off selling on some other platforms. I think there are sites where you can sell your house for bitcoin.
Or why not just sell it for fiat currency and then later buy bitcoin? Keep some fiat money with you. Don't go all in, unless you really want to.

Selling a property having bitcoin as a payment? I don't think that is possible. Don't treat your property like nft because it is not. And I believe there will be lots of papers needed to be signed and contracts, including in what form of payment the transaction was made of. And I don't think there is already a law in any parts of the world where bitcoin is allowed as a payment system for properties. Or there is on other countries? Idk, maybe it depends on what country you came from. Because in my country, I haven't heard yet a property sold having bitcoin as a payment or a law that says it is legal.

Maybe you need to add more information about your property. Like the location, etc. For people to know if it is possible.

I was just thinking the same, because I don’t really see the possibility of one selling their properties, especially a house for Bitcoin, except if he’s living in a country where Bitcoin has been declared a legal tender such as El Salvador, which is not the same for every other countries. We need more details about it. You are just being super vague with your details. You need to post sample photos of the properties you want to sell in order for some of the people here to suggest where you could post them.

You can post the photos and details here in the marketplace and hope that someone will negotiate with you to buy your property. I think this would be a long process. Also, social media is one of the best places where you can post it because it has a lot of audience, but just indicate that you are selling it in exchange for bitcoin so that they will be aware of it.

Creating an advertisement on the sale of your property here looks somehow, well since your intention is to have the payment in bitcoin then i think you could easily simplified that all by yourself in getting a local buyer from within your location to buy in your currency and then you open a bitcoin wallet, do the fiat conversion to btc and have your coins in your wallet, this is simple and straight forward than looking for a direct buyer in bitcoin.

What if you  see someone who is interested in the property and the person  have no bitcoin to buy the property? 
If you see someone who is interested in the property and have no bitcoin, it will be better to sell  it in a currency  that is available to the buyer.  I believe you can easily get a buyer in the location where you are, when you sell it in any fiat currency you can use the money to buy bitcoin.

exactly, the details of the property suppose to be review to the public and who is interested will know if they can buy because of how good is the property. No body sells it property without providing the convinced information that will attract buyer and testify that the property belong for it, some times i think all this informations people drop is not reliable information. Sure there would be people who are ready to buy stuffs with bitcoin, you just have to find them. You can create a listing of the property you want to sell on the right platform and promote it and also make it known that you’re only accepting or looking for buyers who are ready to make payments in Bitcoin.

From the topic of your trade I understand that you want to sell your home, you would have to hire a photographer to take pictures of the house and then you can upload them so that people can see it first. Some people might be interested even here, but if they are not seeing what they are buying , then they are not ready for it. And another determinant on whether they are buying or not would be the location. So all these things are what you should let them know.

But that gives me a doubt that you cant find someone here for this kind of property as I knew most people here is just making for profit and living. You could sell it with fiat and buy this fiat with bitcoin as already suggested.
