github is bloody void of details. what is the "new consensus. change maximum supply." ??  

Seems like algo is changing to x16r ? That algo has ASIC miners, and very limited on who owns them. OW1 miner, if I recall correctly. RavenLite (now Avian) ran that algo and had to switch.
