Will be depends from how they will address this issue, investors mostly look form how the team will manage to provide long-term solutions if the team will be able to convince end users and developers to continue supporting the project, we might expect good bounce though if there's nothing happened and this congested chain will continue to be like this, it will be harder to bring more investors around.
