Unwilling or unable to help you any further? What exactly is the problem? You could have mentioned more details in the OP.
Is the phone where you have your 2FA app installed no longer working for any reason?
When you set up 2FA, the site always gives you a backup code. In case you no longer have access to the 2FA device, you can always regain control through this backup code. Do you have it?
