Currency Exchange Issues: Which Sub-Forum to Post?

Hello All,

I am locked out of my funded Gemini account due to 2FA issues AND it appears that tech support is unwilling to help further.
This post is NOT about that problem or I would provide the details. But I may need to post about that soon.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I assume that every coiner uses some kind of online fiat/crypto exchange. That being the case
I thought that there would be a sub-forum here devoted to exchanges. It seemed a no-brainer. But I can't find any reference to
exchanges . . .

What is the best sub-forum to post about exchange issues?

You can't find any solution to your problem on here than writing to the exchange customer service and hope they review your problem and ask for other verifications just to know if truly you are the real owner of that account, 2FA security isn't something you should lose access to, next time always have a backup just in case.

Unwilling or unable to help you any further? What exactly is the problem? You could have mentioned more details in the OP.

Is the phone where you have your 2FA app installed no longer working for any reason?
When you set up 2FA, the site always gives you a backup code. In case you no longer have access to the 2FA device, you can always regain control through this backup code. Do you have it?
