HELP BLOCKCHAIN FILES of "BITCOIN CORE", SYNCHRONIZATION - SYNCHRONIZING

Hello,

how to recover synchronization time?

my Bitcoin Core has bugged!

I have the .blk and the .ldb, the .dat (estimate fee, anchors, mempool, peers) and the .json (banlist and setting),

the .blk and .ldb = all, but maybe one or two that have twisted or been deleted,

- I was told to do that, I did it, I lost... suddenly, data, surely!

The problem, I got this message:

"Assertion failed

program: bitcoin-qt.exe

File: chain.cpp

Line: 103

Expression: prindexWalk->pprev

...see the visual C++...

Press Retry to debug the app - JIT lust be enabled"

do you have a tip a help for:

- recovered the blockchain, which I downloaded in full until a few days before today? please?

without re-downloading it from the beginning?

THANK YOU very much to anyone who can help me... drunk...!

HELP -> how to resume a Bitcoin Core Node download?

REALLY precise,

BTCBTCBTCBTC
BTCBTCBTCBTC

Precisely, no moving bitcoin core options, just the cache (recently, but it won't change anything)

download with download options: default

I have the date when I stopped downloading, (1 month before, I have) but I had to resume, downloading in another way, I restarted the software but 5 minutes... a quarter of hour...

so the small banlist.dat files.... setting.json... .conf.... Some had to Move... the problem is there in fact!!!
