Delisting of tokens will take place again

sooner or later some of those meme-tokens will get delisted again on those big exchanges and maye also on smaller exchanges again. A few months ago when the shit-coin hype was on it's peak even the biggest exchanges like Binance and Coinbase added meme-tokens to their trading portfolio. Of course this did not happen because those exchanges were thinking that this are projects with great fundamentals and functionality. They added them because those tokens had crazy high trading volume back then and of course the primary goal of exchanges is to make money with trading fees and the more volume the more fees you get. Now that the hype is dying the volume will go down to and sooner or later the first shit tokens will get delisted again.

It is 100% guaranteed that they will be delisted eventually. I do not think that it will reach to a point where dogecoin will get delisted, even before the whole Elon musk thing, even when we are talking about years and years ago, doge was always listed everywhere because it is a popular coin and even though it wasn't a profitable one, it was always used for something, mainly for donations.

This is why I believe that dogecoin will be listed in Binance no matter what happens. But, all these shiba, baby, floki whatever will be delisted one day, maybe not this year but eventually it will happen in a few years at max. That is when people will understand why memecoins are bad.

but few months after listing exchange market announce for delisting my altcoin holder and price drastically drop before gone from exchange market until become scam coin, better if you hold with altcoin potential for delisting better sell it before without have values after effective delist on exchange market.

All altcoins that do not meet the criteria for trading may have the potential for delisting, especially new altcoins because they are listed based on community support because the project was promoted by hype news. It is therefore necessary to avoid choosing a new altcoin because there is no guarantee that it can be developed if the market conditions are worst, because the new altcoin will not survive in bear market conditions, causing loss of daily trading volume until it is delisted to be kicked out.

Many meme coins have been listed due to manipulatives to increase price and trading volume so that their proposals for listing on low-rated exchanges are accepted, so the potential for meme coins cannot be analyzed and not traded because they are only temporary increases before falling into dust.

The delisting of tokens don't just happen to meme tokens, it happens to all the other projects which doesn't have future.. everyday tokens are being delisted on probit exchange and Bitforex.. those things happens to some projects which are over hyped and now they don't have any working products to offer.

the impact is visible in the price of tokens or coins being delisted from the exchange. but usually, this situation occurs when the coins or tokens are no longer making good progress on the exchange. they are not that much in demand with very low trading volumes.
and usually, the information is also long enough before the asset becomes completely non-tradable. so the owner of the asset can also withdraw or immediately sell it even at a very cheap price.

this is one of the facts that will happen when a bear market starts. all exchanges will be forced to delisting unprofitable tokens/coins. so we have to be prepared for this, and start looking back at our current portfolio, we have to exclude meme coins, coins that have a marketcap below 10 million, or coins from new projects. this is what i am thinking with shib being listed in binance. yes, they have good volume today but up until when these traders will support this meme token? they can easily be forgotten once meme hype exit this game. but i do agree, at least what the exchange can do is give a heads up that a specific coin or token will be delisted. delisting is always part of the process to remove inactive or dying coins, and that's pretty basic for exchanges. you don't want to spend resources for something not worthwhile.

That certainly happen again and it was found to be useful knowing that many people had fallen into the wrong investment, into shitcoins/meme coins for this way, we can minimize the risk and chances of investing them. As far as my understanding is correct, regardless if it's a meme coin or not, the main reason why a coin or token will be delisted is, if it will establish a low volume for a given period of time or if those are 100% proven to be scams.

If you are referring to the existence of SHIBA or DOGE since you mentioned being listed at top exchanges, I doubt they will be delisted right away without a good cause. But for other considered meme coins, there's no need for a bear market for them to be delisted.

In the very first place, why trade underperforming coins? There are lots of worthy out there and you just need to DYOR.

Hmmmm for me this is wrong. The trend will not trigger the exchange site to delist anything from the exchange site. I would like to see that if what's gonna happening with the meme token once market will be on the bearish market but so far im not sure if market will be forcing exchange site to delist the meme token. So far major exchange site like binance was only listing two meme tokens. Shiba and doge coin. How can exchange site delist the tokens that they didn't even list it? that sounds a non sense thing for sure.

The delisting happens because of some reasons of course. but, commonly the tokens or coins will have very low or no progress of liquidity, and trading volume in certain periods will be signaled to be delisted from an exchange. Thats likely to happen if we're pertaining to a meme coins. What can we expect? Meme coins mostly are existing due to popularity and hype, it has no use case. If the hype is over, exchanges will going to delist these coins that can possibly turn as dead project, no volume and unsustainable due to fundamental issue. So dont invest in meme coins if you're planning to hold for long period, its quite risky. Its better to choose an established coins because they're unlikely to be delisted on exchanges.

it's not surprising tho, i mean why there are some tokens that got delisted after all especially if they can't make progress for long time, because indeed if they are a good project they will not end up into such situations..
And tbh i've been here in the space and i have a tokens on my wallet from my previous campaign way back 2018 and some of them are still working good these days.  So its normal and very common situation for a bad projects such meme coins.

I think that's true because I've also seen a lot of meme tokens and other junk tokens being removed from several exchanges, including the two exchanges you mentioned because the exchanges won't want to keep them all if nothing good is acceptable by the stock exchange in general.

Obviously there is always risk to buy and hold those altcoins which are not strong enough in terms of volume and adoption. Big crypto currency exchanges don't care if it's meme token or not if these altcoins are lossing interest between crypto community then obviously the exchanges will terminate the trading of these kind of altcoins on their platform hence we must consider to hold quality altcoins in our portfolio which are established in crypto market.

You bet they will. It will not even hurt them a bit by delisting them after the exchange itself has made profits from their payments using their coin.
Who else is going to dump it? The exchange. Afterward, you will see these meme coins listed in a trash exchange full of scammers around using the chatbox to hype it again.
I was once a victim and I can still remember how I was dragged by those guys. I was a fool back then.  For this type of coin it should be in and out, don't linger.
