Temperature Issue -273 with Canaan Machine

Hello everyone,

I am having an issue with one of my Avalon miners. I have been constantly getting -273 for the board temperatures. I have tried the basics of changing out the PSU, the control board, connection cables, swapping the positions of the hashboards, and even tried testing with hashboards from other units. I previously came across a board here that had a link to the FMS tool with aging on it and that also didn't work. I have access to a basic Avalon repair guide that I’ve been using to identify issues in the miner logs and have even tried repasting the hashboards, but this also didn’t help. The previous methods have gotten some of my Avalons to work, but this one in particular none of the methods have worked so far. Here is the log for this miner.

I have a pretty good understanding of circuit boards and SMT components.I have previous experience working on Whatsminer hashboards, PSUs, and control boards but haven’t been able to find anything other than a basic guide for working on Avalons. Does anyone know if there is anywhere to purchase or set up your own test jig for working on these hashboards or a more advanced repair guide? Also If anyone has any suggestions on what else I could attempt with this unit would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Have you tried to flash it with the latest firmware all firmware for Avalon units can be downloaded here https://download.canaan-creative.com/

It seems weird I can't see any pings are you connected to the internet or not? Did you set up the pools?

About Avalon test jig never heard if there is a test jig for Avalon units.

When I use the link I don't see any downloadable software for 1246 in the folder. However, I have this miner on the internet and have it attached to a pool. I have all the basics down this has been an error that keeps showing up on known good Canaan miners that have hashed at a normal rate. Then this error starts to show up in the logs and then it stops mining.
 
I was wondering with the test jig if there was a way to set up to read the status of the chips to see if the signal is being properly sent through all of the chips on the board. so that way I can do a deeper circuit analysis to see if a chip on the board is damaged.
